Our metalworking shop allows us to realize customized housings according to customer requests. A team of experienced employees assures the necessary precision including all required cutouts and drillings of housings. Our own tool shop is equipped with machines for lathing, milling, electrical discharge machining and grinding which allow us to quickly manufacture customized parts/adjustments in-house.

Brushing is a technical process used for deburring, fine grinding or cleaning of materials. Complete surfaces for aluminium, steel or stainless steel - whether highly polished surfaces in watchmaker quality or precisely brushed medical instruments.

This how each cut is made Sheet metal is available in a very wide range of materials and alloys. The criterion for machining is a given toughness and strength to make the metal sheets deformable. A part of sheet metal machining is separation by shearing, in which the sheets are divided by two shearing knives. For over 40 years, we have supplied shearing knives in lengths up to 4,190 mm in qualities and hardnesses specially matched to the purpose for the corresponding machines. By using peripheral grinding machines, we can comply with the tightest form and position tolerances, which is why so many machine manufacturers rely on the quality of our shearing knives.

The robust metal detector can be variably used in dry and wet environments. It ensures best test results for packaged or unpackaged piece goods. VARICONcompact safely checks for any contaminants enclosed in the product such as steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metal, e.g. aluminum. The compact metal detection system works with highest detection sensitivity. Ideally suitable for a save test performance. With its robust stainless steel conveyor belt construction the VARICONcompact inspects piece goods of up to 20 kg. A very short metal-free zone (MZ) ensures interference-resistant, reliable inline metal detection.

The MCD 30/5 PH portable clinching frame is a sturdy, light-weight machine with one-hand control. This clinching frame has been specially designed for mobile use. The MZD 60/6, MZD 60/6 D, MZD 60/6 W and MZD 60/6 D-W portable clinching pliers are hand-guided machines. These ECKOLD pliers come with a large throat and a high press force, which makes them the ideal tool for all clinching options. They can be customised with exchangeable tool holders for a wide range of applications. The clinching pliers have been specially designed for mobile use and come with a single-acting hydraulic cylinder producing a press force of max. 60 kN or 80 kN. The pliers are connected to the hydraulic unit with a 6 m hydraulic hose and a hydraulic drive unit. The various pliers are customised for specific applications. ECKOLD Kraftformer KF 800 - Forming machine for stretching, shrinking, planishing and doming. With its huge horizontal throat of 800 mm, the Kraftformer KF 800 allows new possibilities to fabricate large-scale sheet metal parts. The machine is air driven and released by a foot pedal, either in single or continuous stroke mode. The single stroke function combined with the big throat is especially useful for correction jobs. Depending on the need of forming force, the machine has two stroke settings.
