To address the most stringent demands in terms of cutting output, high precision, automation and process reliability BEHRINGER HBM series high-performance automatic bandsawing machines offer an impressive package of benefits, guaranteed not only by their vibration-damping structure made of grey cast iron components and the saw frame with its centric flow of forces. The sensitive BEHRINGER feed control also helps protect the saw blade, ensuring even greater economy through a long tool service life. By using a servo feed system, a high cutting performance is achieved when sawing tool and stainless steels and materials such as Hastelloy or Inconel with difficult machining properties. A highly efficient chip brush system cleans the saw blade on both sides from any adhering sawing chips.

Laser cutting or laser fine cutting of metal, we can precisely process all metallic, non-toxic materials in material thicknesses from 0.2 to 2.0 mm. With our high-precision 1kW fiber laser (Nd: YAG with a wavelength of 1064nm) in combination with highly dynamic linear drives, we can produce your laser cuts in copper and brass. Due to our extremely small focus of 0.05mm, we usually create a cutting cag/ clearance of 0.07mm, so that the most delicate contours (especially inner contours) can be realized without mechanical stress, as the processing takes place without contact. This enables high-quality and precise prototypes and small series in contract manufacturing using cutting lasers. Accuracies of +/- 0.01mm, which are required in the sealing area for plastic overmolding for complete plugs or housings. Dimensions: sheet thicknesses from 0.2 to 2.0mm, max. sheet metal of max. 1,250mm x 1,250mm.

The Flowform® screw is a polygonal screw based on TAPTITE 2000®, which makes use of the technology known as "flowhole-forming" in manufacturing processes. Using this technology the Flowform® screw causes the sheet metal to heat, using a combination of axial force and relatively high screwdriver speed . Once the material has been penetrated the polygonal shape of the screw forms a calibrated metric female thread which can accept a metric screw in the event that a repair is required. After the torque-controlled assembly process the formed through-hole adjusts optimally to the contours of the screw. This gives the following advantages: Higher process reliability in the screw fastening with the option of a larger screwdriver shut-off window More flexibility when selecting the screwdriver, and more straightforward monitoring of the assembly process. In addition the Flowform® screw considerably reduces screw-in times.

A part of sheet metal machining is separation by shearing, in which the sheets are divided by two shearing knives. For over 40 years, we have supplied shearing knives in lengths up to 4,190 mm in qualities and hardnesses specially matched to the purpose for the corresponding machines. By using peripheral grinding machines, we can comply with the tightest form and position tolerances, which is why so many machine manufacturers rely on the quality of our shearing knives.

ECKOLD Kraftformer KF 800 - Forming machine for stretching, shrinking, planishing and doming. With its huge horizontal throat of 800 mm, the Kraftformer KF 800 allows new possibilities to fabricate large-scale sheet metal parts. The machine is air driven and released by a foot pedal, either in single or continuous stroke mode. The single stroke function combined with the big throat is especially useful for correction jobs. Depending on the need of forming force, the machine has two stroke settings. A digital display shows the ram position with a 0.1 mm precision which results in a high repeatability of the forming force. The machine is adjustable in height. Versatile transfer system for metal sheet handling, designed as the main element in a series of presses which eventually combine with load/unload systems. The system features high positioning precision with heavy duty cycles and high dynamics, and is also available for very extended lengths. It manages cantilever loads to keep one side of the series free for operations. The system is driven by a belt with Ω transmission. The Combination Slitting & Cut-To-Length Lines are probably the most flexible coil processing lines within the field of cutting. By combining the cutting lengthwise and across, the coil material can be processed into a variety of blanks. So, if your production features a limited number of different coils as basic materials, while the variety of widths and lengths of the blanks is high, a Combination Slitting & Cut-To-Length Line will be the right choice. The system bases on the Cut-To-Length technology while offering the additional functionality of slitting. Since the slitting technology is home-made too, we can provide a fully integrated solution. An incisive experience so to speak. As a sizable advantage, storage space and material costs per ton are both significantly reduced, and with Combination Slitting & Cut-To-Length Lines even smallest batches can be delivered immediately.

The prongprotection tubular module optimally protects sensitive, round loads. It is extremely wearresistant, strong against slippage, and easy to exchange. The prongprotection tubularmodule is easily pushed onto the existing mandrel and affixed with the end cap. The individual sections can rotate freely to accommodate any movement of the load and reduce wear.

Make your forklift even more flexible with the a secutex prong protection coil. After you have secured everything for careful transport, back the lift prongs out of the secutex prongs protection coil and continue to use the forklift normally. Mounting various prongs can be omitted. The secutex prong protection coil is carried by both prongs. The secutex protective coating avoids material damage and prevents the coils from slipping.

secutex prongs are selected when products and good must be securely and carefully transported on a consistent basis. secutex impact protection is especially wear resistant, noise cancelling and dampening. It is approved for prolonged use. As part of this design, the fork prongs and fork shanks are permanently coated with secutex impact protection.

The design offers optimal protection to goods that stick out from the edges of the palette, for example. The secutex coating is inseparably connected to the fork shank. The perforated plate prevents the fork prongs from detaching.
