They are designed with a large clearance in the standard product, which enables a secure operation even under high peripheral speeds. The bore of the inner ring has a tolerance according to E10. The shafts should have a tolerance between h6 and h9. Please contact us in case you require lower or more bearing tolerances. Loads igubal® rod end bearings take high forces in normal ambient temperatures, have excellent dampening properties and weigh only a fifth of the conventional metallic bearing housing. In particular cases the load carrying capacity of the rod end bearings should be checked in a practical trial especially with high constant loads and at higher temperatures. Coefficients of surface friction and speeds Rotary motions of the mounted shaft take place directly in the bearing ball made of iglidur® W300. The advantage of this plastic/steel plain bearing is that high speeds can be achieved in dry operation. Taking the radial loads into account, maximum surface speeds up to 0.5 m/s rotating can be attained. The maintenance-free igubal® rod end bearings casually permit linear and oscillating movements of the shaft. Delivery program igubal® rod end bearings are available in the dimensional series K and E for shaft diameters of 2 to 30 mm in all dimensions according to DIN ISO 12240, and of course respectively in the Form A - with male thread and Form B - with female thread The dimensional series K and partly E are moreover available in inch dimensions and – as special version – with a stainless steel sleeve in the spherical ball. Thereby an essentially higher tightening torque is possible than with the plastic spherical ball. The core sampler can be used to take samples of bulk materials which can easily become stuck or settle during sampling due to their particle form. In comparison to standard all-layer samplers for bulk materials, the two-part core sampler has no gap dimensions in which the medium can become stuck while it is being removed. This makes it possible to take a proper sample of powders and granulates through multiple layers, for example glass balls or metal powders. Depending on the size, the stainless steel sampler can be used for a wide range of different containers, for example big bags or small containers. The bulk material sampler takes a representative core sample and is ideal for use in various laboratory and industrial applications.

The Hartmann Twin Ball Valve (TBV) provides a double line barrier and enables a significant increase of safety without much effort. Designed for applications with especially high safety requirements, the TBV consists of two integrated ball valves, which can be equipped with two independent barriers each. Thereby the safety can be raised by factor 4 compared to a standard valve. With the Double Isolation and Bleed function each ball valve seals both at the upstream and downstream side. With the so-called „studded“-design, meaning a closed flange form, the valve has the length of a single standard valve and affords a compact and economic alternative for the application of multiple valves. The TBV comprises – like all Hartmann valves – a pure metal-to-metal sealing system between ball and seat ring. With this sealing system leakage rates A, respectively 0, can be fulfilled. Furthermore, it is characterized by an outstanding longevity and low maintenance requirements.
