AUTOSOL® DYNAMIC EXTREME CUT MATTING PASTE COMPOUND Highly abrasive polishing paste for reconditioning and super-fast removal of scratches and sanding marks (P600 - P1000), as well as for removing damage caused by oxidation and UV radiation on gelcoat, fiberglass and painted surfaces. AUTOSOL® DYNAMIC EXTREME CUT MATTING PASTE can be used as a pre-polish or as an abrasive substitute.

The light and mobile coil mat was designed for the storage of coils. It is convenient to use. Thus, makeshift storage can be set up rapidly and flexibly. Alternatively, existing storage can be expanded should bottlenecks arise.

Heating mats from Klöpper Therm work against the penetration of cold in to the ground and prevent upheaval of the ground and destruction of the foundations. Cold stores and cooling chambers give off cold to their environments. In the area of partly or fully sunk in the ground supports, foundations and floors the underlying soil receives the cold. If the natural heat flow from the environment and the earth is insufficient, the moisture in the ground freezes, expands and the ground is lifted. Depending on the nature of the ground, this may cause substantial damage to buildings. Frost heave protection in cold stores and cooling chambers is, therefore, an essential and a reliable preventative measure against frost damage and damp.

The proven secutex wire coil mat reliably prevents scratches and dents. The lightweight mat can be positioned quickly. Users especially rate the new rolloff stop. The individual wire rings hook firmly into the transverse grooves. The wire bundles no longer slip and an additional bundling is no longer necessary.

We can offer flexible heating elements manufactured from three different insulation materials: silicone, polyimide (Kapton) or polyester. Each of these materials possess different properties which make them suitable for diverse applications. Silicone heaters can also be produced in very large sizes, whereas polyimide is significantly thinner and polyester unbeatable in price when it comes to high quantities. All three of them are bespoke products made according to your needs, so within the bounds of what is technically feasible you as the customer can determine almost every feature of your heater. This can include; voltage, wattage, dimensions, shape, sensors, leads, plus much more. Due to their low thermal mass flexible polymer insulated heaters distinguish themselves by a very short response time and excellent controllability.

IBC/A-Container Base Heaters are used for the heating of bag-in-box containers. It's a silicone heater mat that is placed below the bag before that is filled. For a faster warming, an additional unheated insulating sheath covering the four sides and the HILC unheated insulated lid can be used. The IBC/Bpro-Container heating jacket as well as the HILC unheated insulated lid are perfect means to support the IBC/A base heater. Using the base heater together with the heating jacket and the insulation cover accelerates the heating process and to reduces heat losses.

225 gr. spin split glass fibre mat as well as 450 gr. emulsion bound glass fibre mat are offered.

Heat protection sleeves and mats extend our expertise in protective aluminum flexible tubing to other shapes and uses. Layers of aluminum foil are combined with fiberglass for products that can withstand temperatures up to 750°C.

How do we improve the durability and performance of products? Through our production of heating mats for lithium-ion batteries and other batteries, we also indirectly contribute to the conservation of resources. In this way, the batteries are better protected against strong or fluctuating temperature influences. This means that they are less prone to failure and have a significantly longer service life and performance. Preheating, warm up or heating in continuous operation The heating mats are equipped with a performance tailored to the customer and regulate the temperature of the batteries and rechargeable batteries according to the necessary conditions. With optional equipment such as self-adhesive foil (one-sided or double-sided foil lamination), these can be attached to the battery or the block super easily. Flexible Polyester Heaters consist of a conductive ink between two insulation layers of polyester. The heater can be pressed on or fixed with a self-adhesive foil. Wrapped in PVC the use in liquids is possible as well. Typical standard applications are e.g. mirror heaters, water bed heaters, or low temperature room heaters. For terrarium and aquarium heaters we offer standard elements as well.

Aramid fibers are suitable for very demanding applications and they are widely used in the firefighting industry (manufacturing of firefighters’ clothing) because of their flame retardant properties. Aramid is not only fireproof, the aramid fibers also have a high tensile strength, which is why they are often used for bulletproof vests (military and police) or for armoring selected emergency vehicles. A special property of aramid nonwovens is its good thermal insulation. The laid heating wire creates a very high heat output, which is insulated by the nonwoven. Aramid has a high heat resistance, which is an enormous advantage since laying the heating wire generates a very high heat output which is further enhanced by the insulation provided by the aramid nonwoven carrier. In addition, the nonwoven is either not combustible or flame retardant and can be used for a temperature ranges of up to 200°C.

Flexible silicone heaters are resistant to permanent temperatures up to 200°C, with self-adhesive foil 180°C should not be exceeded. Higher temperatures of 230°C are possible for a short time without destroying the heater. The temperature that will be reached within the application, generally is not easy to predict, as there are many influencing factors. In addition to the power, resp. surface load, this also includes mass and type of the material to be heated (thermal conductivity, surface quality, etc.) installation / assembly situation (bonded, vulcanised, clamped, etc.), ambient temperature, air movement and, of course, the control technology used. Application examples for silicone heater mats include: canteen kitchen technology / catering, anti-fog and anti-freeze applications, tool or plate heating in machines, 3D printers, laboratory equipment, composite materials repair, joint curing and much more.

Ceramic Insulated (Band) Heaters are predestined for high-temperature applications beyond 450 °C, for example for pipe heating in process heat technology, especially when gases are involved. Ceramic insulated sectional surface heating elements are also brought into action where a heat storage capacity is needed, as in hot plates the case. With the heating surface of ceramic flat heaters being composed by small-limbed ceramic elements with aligned holes in the centre for the resistance coils to be fed through, ceramic sectional heating mats are also applicable for bent or cylindric surfaces. Like Micanite insulated flat heating elements also Ceramic insulated elements can receive a metal sheath. The latter provides additional protection against mechanical load and allows for attaching connection boxes. Another advantage is the easy installation by means of mounting holes in the metal cladding.

The flexible coil mat with surrounding oil pan was designed for oilfree storage room floors. The coil mat and the surrounding oil pan are made from a single casting. Oil spillage and the associated slip hazard for employees is thereby prevented.
