The Telerace family consists of telescopic guides made of steel or profiled metal sheeting, treated with a deep nitriding and black oxidation process or available in stainless steel. The Telerace linear guides are ideal for harsh environments as their large rolling components make them highly resistant to dust and dirt. The Telerace guides are ideal for continuous cycle applications requiring a long life and reduced maintenance. They are therefore suitable for industrial automated applications, even with variable stroke cycles. The materials and the surface treatments used in the construction of the Telerace guides ensure a good rust protection, making them suitable even for outdoor applications or humid environm.

is engineered for direct assembly of thin walled and flat designed thermoplastic components. Direct assembly using the Polymate30 Screw makes thin walled and flat designs possible. This leads to material savings and reduced cycle times during injection moulding. Therefore, the quality of the Polymate30 joint and the fastening component, translates into a considerable cost saving overall.

From now on, all our blown tubes are also available in Bio-HDPE, which is made from sugarcane. These include the product lines BlockPack, TwistPack Plus, QuadroPack or TwistPack. Selected sizes of TwistPack Plus and BlockPack are even available from stock. From the outside, the packaging made of Bio-HDPE does not differ from its conventionally manufactured "twins"that are also just as robust and flexible in use. There is still one serious difference: the production of Bio-HDPE does not cause any emissions, but on the contrary binds a whole 2.15 kilograms of CO2 per kilogram of material. Another plus: the Bio-PE used is 100% recyclable and can be fed into the material cycle together with PE based on fossil raw materials.

PET strapping is particularly tear-resistant and elastic at the same time. Thus they reliably absorb shocks during transportation and, depending on width, can sustain loads of between 185 and 580 kg. Our PET strapping is available in widths of 9.5 to 15.5 millimeters with tight fabrication tolerances. After use, it can be easily fed back into the material cycle, since it consists of 100 % recyclabled plastic bottles (bottle flakes). It has a high stability for optimal load security. Its constantly high quality ensures a high machine availability. PP strapping represents approximately two-thirds of our production. We manufacture it as standard in widths 5-15 millimeters in black. On request, we will be happy to produce it for you in other colors as well. PP strapping material is particularly suitable for strapping packages, cartons or other containers, as well as lighter pallets. After use, it can be easily fed back into the material cycle. It is completely recyclable, has a constantly high quality, can be failure-free processed and is short-term available. Most frequent fields of application are: • General logistics (boxes of corrugated cardboard, styrofoam, plastic) • Printing industry (newspaper, magazines) • Corrugated cardboard industry (folding boxes, cut-outs) • Tins and bottles of plastic, aluminum and cardboard • Construction and container (furniture, wooden slats, tiles and bricks) • Food industry (meat, fish, poultry in folding boxes or styrofoam)
