The PLUS SYSTEM series of linear actuators consists of highly protected linear units featuring a self-sustaining anodized aluminum structure and a steel re-enforced driving belt. The Plus System linear units are made by using extruded anodized Anricorodal 6060 and 6082 aluminum, which houses bearings, linear rails, nuts and bolts and components made of low carbon SS AISI 303 and 404C steel, preventing or delaying corrosion caused by humidity experienced in the environments where the linear units are used.The PLUS SYSTEM series consists of 3 distinct products with different features: ELM,Robot,SC.

Material: low carbon steel We produce our corrugated STAX segment wire steel fibers in the lengths of 50 mm and 34 mm. Application for our STAX segment wire steel fibers you find in industrial concrete floors and plates.

Material: low carbon steel We offer our STAX steel fibers as short fiber according to customer specification (on special request as well as strand on reels). The Ø-fiber strength is approx. 30-50 μm. Regular analyses in our laboratory ensure the quality of our products. Main area of application for our STAX steel fibers is friction material for brakes and clutches, and as concrete reinforcement or in plastic compounds. Further we produce segment wire steel fibers for reinforcement of conrete floors for example.

This material group comprises C-steel with low carbon content, good formability and fineblanking quality. Due to case hardening, the components have low-wear surface layers with high hardness and sufficient toughness in the core. They thus combine numerous properties and application possibilities in a wide variety of industries. To increase the wear resistance, you can also carburize or carbonitrate partial areas. C 10 E, C 15 E /➔ according to DIN EN 10132 - 2 Depending on the customer's requirements, we supply treatment states from soft annealed to high cold solidified.

SPIROL's KP200 Straight Knurled Pins have straight knurls that span the full length of the pin. Straight Knurled Pins are commonly used in applications where the pin is subjected to rotational forces to transmit torque as well as to resist rotational movement of a mating component. KP200 Straight Knurled Pins are available in metric diameters ranging from 2.5mm to 6mm and in inch diameters ranging from .094" (3/32) to .250" (1/4) in low carbon steel and austenitic stainless steel.

SPIROL's FH300 Headed Helical Knurled Pin has the same body style as the KP300 Helical Knurled Pin, with the addition of a head. A Headed Pin is typically used to provide a positive stop or to retain a thin component to a thicker component within an assembly. FH300 Headed Helical Knurled Pins have a flat head, however they are available to order with a round head (RH300) to meet specific application requirements. Similar to the SPIROL Series KP300 Helical Knurled Pin offering, SPIROL's FH300 Headed Helical Knurled Pins are available in metric diameters ranging from Ø2mm to Ø6mm and inch diameters ranging from Ø.078" (5/64) to Ø.250" (1/4) in low carbon steel and austenitic stainless steel.

SPIROL's FH200 Headed Straight Knurled Pin has the same body style as the KP200 Straight Knurled Pin, with the addition of a head. SPIROL's KP300 Helical Knurled Pins have helical knurls that span the full length of the pin. The 30° helical knurls cause the pin to rotate during installation into the hole. Helical Knurled Pins offer higher insertion and retention than Straight Knurled Pins. However, KP300 Helical Knurled Pins are not typically recommended when the pin will be subjected to rotational forces as the helical knurl will cause the pin to either "unscrew" itself from the hole or further imbed itself into the hole. KP300 Helical Knurled Pins are available in metric diameters ranging from 2mm to 6mm and in inch diameters ranging from .078" (5/64) to .250" (1/4) in low carbon steel and austenitic stainless steel.

Cold rolled steel is low carbon steel produced by a "cold rolling" process and processed at near normal room temperatures. Cold rolled steel offers superior strength and machinability. Cold rolled steel sheets are often used for engineering products where close tolerances, concentricity, surface smoothness and coated surfaces are required.

The highly sensitive pyroelectric quad detector allows the combined measurement of carbon monoxide (CWL: 4650 ± 40, HBW: 180 ± 20 nm), carbon dioxide (CWL: 4265 ± 25, HBW: 120 ± 10 nm) and carbon compounds (CWL: 3400 ± 20, HBW: 140 ± 20 nm) with reference channel (CWL: 3910 ± 28, HBW: 70 ± 10 nm). The detector can be used at ambient temperatures between -20 and 85 °C in numerous applications in aerospace, medical, industry and environmental technology. Micro-Hybrid is the only manufacturer of 4-channel pyroelectric detectors with a high performance membrane in a TO39 package. The very high detectivity of up to 4.0*10^8 cm√Hz/W and sensitivity of up to 200000 V/W is achieved by the pyrodetector MPS4SENS 3C-1 carbon dioxide due to the chips with a thin film membrane made of ceramic pyroelectric material. The unique detector design of Micro-Hybrid enables the high read-out rate up to 100 Hz as well as the short response time for reliable measurement results in NDIR gas analysis.
