The truck dock from Lödige facilitates the loading and unloading of air cargo units onto and off trucks. Equipped with a hydraulic lifting unit and a vertical shift function, the truck dock brings conveyor elements into line with the truck loading ramp. ULDs or pallets are transferred horizontally by a powered roller conveyor. Depending on requirements, the conveyor can be replaced or combined with other technologies such as a ball deck or castor deck. A moving version of the truck dock is also available.

Turn your forklift truck into a crane by simply attaching the load hook onto the fork arm. Coils can safely be pivoted in connection with a Coil Tilting Hook, series T. Coated version (RAL 2000, orangeyellow) or hotdip galvanised.

The KAUP Telescopic Appliance Clamp T413GT is used where white and brown product as well as other wide loading property is used. The slender clamp arms predestine this attachment for the truck and container loading.

ELKON horizontal cement silos are preferred in cases where the silo location is planned to be changed frequently or in projects with height restrictions. In horizontal cement silos designed by experienced engineers of ELKON, materials with similar properties such as cement, lime, fly ash, sand etc. can be stored. Horizontal cement silos are used by placing them on the ground without the need for any foundation and ground connection, and when they need to be transported, they can be loaded and transported on the truck without the need for a crane in a very short time by means of adjustable telescopic legs. 40 and 70 ton capacity models are used both for storage and dosing. These silos with heavy-duty structures have been designed for both sea and land transportation. With axle and tyres which are presented optionally, the silo can be easily towed to the desired location on its own structure.

The GEDA 2500 Z/ZP transport platform is the new powerhouse from GEDA. Thanks to the innovative GEDA SVARIO-MAST system, the transport platform is guided on only one mast and has a load capacity of 2500 kg. This makes it easy to transport heavy construction materials to their place of use up to a height of 200 m. The comfortable and large platform with dimensions of 1.45 m x 3.55 m can transport construction materials and up to 7 passengers quickly and safely. The extremely high platform (2.60 m) makes transporting bulky goods easy. For loading the platform on a lorry, the roof can simply be lowered to 2.10 m. With two separate controls, the GEDA 2500 Z/ZP can be used simply as a material hoist with a lifting speed of 40 m/min or as a transport platform for passengers and materials with a lifting speed of 12 m/min. The GEDA 2500 Z/ZP expands the versatile transport platform range and offers another solution for the individual conditions at your construction site.

Camera systems In particular during the handling of very bulky, long and high loads, the truck driver often does not have a good all-round view from the cabin. For this purpose, HUBTEX offers different versions of camera systems intended to optimally support the driver during his/her work. The camera systems are installed in such a manner that critical areas can be monitored to the best possible extent.

The Overfill Prevention Controller EUS-2 is the central part of the overfill prevention system according to European VOC Directive 94/63/EC and American API RP 1004. EUS-2 monitors the level sensors at the tanker compartments, the truck grounding and the vapor recovery connection. The filling process is interrupted immediately at the loading gantry, if a critical situation is detected. The controller is able to detect the type of truck installation and activates the required operatingmode automatically. This interoperability allows to load trucks of different carriers.

The spring-applied brakes of the INTORQ BFK453 series were specially developed for use in industrial trucks. Particularly in reach trucks, they enable load-dependent braking or higher speeds. The latter results in shorter cycles and thus more efficient operations. What makes this fail safe brake particularly unique is the high braking torque and small installation space. The compact design means that lower access heights are possible on the industrial trucks, thus enabling much more ergonomic designs.
