Jerko High Speed Manipulators are designed for extremely rough environmental conditions. Due to their encapsulated design, the ingress of dirt is impossible, while at the same time high loads up to 300kg can be handled. Driven by a powerful servo motor and a low-maintenance toothed belt drive, extreme accelerations up to 15m/s² are possible. Due to this simple and ingenious design, the manipulator can be integrated in all forging lines. Different spraying tools are possible to meet every task The manipulators can be modularly equipped with several independent axes. This design saves money and increases the productivity of your forging line! Many optional extras can be configured to meet all requirements.

From factory air line to pneumatic tool connection, available in various body materials, sizes and end configurations. Excellent durability. An excellent general purpose coupling for connecting factory air supply to pneumatic tools. Steel coupling is suitable for air. Brass or stainless steel are suitable for water. Note that fluid will come out from the plug when disconnected. Critical structural parts of steel models are heattreated for increased strength giving greater durability and resistance to wear. Available in various body materials, sizes and end configurations applicable to a wide range of applications.

Thickness measuring systems THICK-SCAN behind the ContiRoll® optimizes the process and to reduces the costs while, at the same time, assuring the quality standard. If the gauges are located in the sanding line, the tool life of the sanding belts is enhanced and the quality is assured. The time is long past since panel thickness tolerances have been measured during production by handheld devices. Today, however, such measurement is carried out continuously online. In the majority of plants, quality control is not the rst priority for new investment for online thickness measurement. The current trend is to achieve the enormous potential savings in wood raw material, resin and energy consumption. If the upper tolerance level is exceeded, valuable resources are wasted. The Thickness Gauge prevents such losses. It is robust and reliable.
