The JET One prints on plastic, glass, wood, metal, ceramic, technical composites, cardboard and paper, without contact, and with fixed and variable data: such as use-by dates, LOT/batch numbers or even graphics. From every position and in every direction. Forward, backward, mirrored or rotated. Even different product surfaces – whether convex, concave, rough, smooth, flat or relief-molded – pose no challenge at all for the JET One. Equipped with the automatic SEALTRONIC nozzle sealing system, the JET One is ready to print in just a few seconds and always begins with a clean print image. This unique technology worldwide ensures 100% protection against ink drying out – even after prolonged downtime. Time-consuming and labor-intensive rinsing cycles and daily servicing are eliminated. And printer-related production losses are a thing of the past.

Cora®Jet is a water jet bonded polyester fleece. It is characterized by a very uniform fibre structure. The large material thickness also supports the deposition of the particles in the depth of the filter medium.

Short description: Designed for smaller lines, with front jet In the case of the traction nozzle the patented fluid mechanics (patent no.: DE 19516780) and two different jet angles ensure a very high pulling efficiency, which leads to an efficient dirt transpoprt. This small maneuverable nozzle is ideal for cleaning smaller lines where good pulling properties are required. The traction nozzle is also available with front jet. It is successfully used in difficult pipes (set-off joints, bends etc.).

With 110 kW, the K11000-3G high-pressure pump is a powerful plunger pump that is mostly used in intermittent operation. The reason for this is that this KAMAT high pressure pump has splash lubrication and not oil pressure lubrication. This makes the pump more suitable for intermittent operation, but it is extremely robust and can therefore be used in continuous operation even at 110 kW. Classic applications for this pump are industrial cleaning, blasting and process engineering. Optimum surface cleaning with KAMAT high-pressure rotating nozzles In order to ensure a surface treatment with excellent results and within a reasonable time, we have developed special externally driven rotating nozzles suitable for our high pressure pumps: Depending on the customer's requirements, our nozzles can be driven pneumatically, electrically or hydraulically. With traditional, self-powered rotating nozzles, the water jet hits an angle before it exits the nozzle, causing the nozzle to rotate. Driving the rotating nozzle causes the water jet to lose energy and is therefore much less efficient. Our externally driven rotary nozzles concentrate the hydraulic energy entirely on the machining process. KAMAT rotating nozzles provide coherent jets that can be moved precisely and quickly over large areas. In the case of externally driven rotation, the hydraulic energy is used entirely on the surface being sprayed, giving excellent and efficient results on surfaces.

High-pressure cleaning and surface preparation with water requires precise management of the water jet. This precise management is necessary to ensure that the required result (e.g. surface finish) is achieved within a reasonable time. The method must be safe and fatigue free. With this in mind, we offer a specially designed and manufactured range of high pressure guns with electrical or mechanical control. The exceptional ergonomics of these tools have been achieved through innovative detail solutions: For example, our high-pressure guns are equipped with a special swivel handle that transmits any torque to the wrist. In addition, the hose connection can be swivelled in all directions, allowing optimum hose routing for all working situations. The nozzle consists of two counter-rotating nozzle housings into which the nozzle tubes are inserted with a connection for screw-in round jet nozzles. A special packing sealing system inside the nozzle housings ensures protection during operation and prevents the ingress of contaminants. In front of and behind the nozzle housings are spacers (basket system) to prevent the nozzle tubes from hitting the well wall. In addition, for best cleaning results, the temperature of the medium should be between 3 and 30°C.

The central idea of high pressure tools is to concentrate the energy of a high pressure water jet at the smallest possible point to maximise its effect. The smaller the area to be sprayed, the slower the process will be on large areas. The solution is to move the high pressure water jet quickly and systematically. Rotating joints allow the water to be transferred from fixed to rotating parts of the high pressure tool so that the water jet is moved in a targeted manner. KAMAT rotary joints are suitable for pressures up to 4,000 bar. They can be driven by internal or external energy and can reach up to 3,000 revolutions per minute. For fatigue-free and safe working, we also offer easy-to-use swivels for high pressure hoses, suitable for our high pressure pumps. Also designed and manufactured in-house, these swivels are internally streamlined to minimise flow restrictions.

The REA JET One Dot Systems (EDS) are particularly well suited to very fine dot and line markings. The dot size is configured by selecting the nozzle size and by varying the material pressure, and the stepless setting on the controller. Applications — for quality assurance you can mark products with a dot to be recognized as either good or bad (use automatic camera recognition) — colored line marking for pipes, profiles and endlessly manufactured products (e.g. extruded goods) — applying oils, separating agents, soaps or process water — welded seam marking in the manufacturing of metal profiles — applying fragrances to cosmetic samples

CO2 laser marking systems are part of the gas laser group: the laser beam is generated in an enclosed laser tube which is filled with carbon dioxide. The REA JET CL is suitable for the marking of packaging, glass, wood, plastics, PVC, anodized aluminum, the color removal on surfaces as well as direct marking of foods. In the creation of texts, graphics and characters there is complete freedom of design. Fiber laser marking systems are part of the solid-state laser group. The laser beam is created in a diode-activated optical fiber. The REA JET FL is suitable for permanent the marking of metal and plastic surfaces. The marking with codes, texts, numbers or logos may even take place on oily, corroded or above 1000°C hot surfaces.
