NORISYNC 4 is our new power management system (PMS) and optimises the generation and use of electricity. Core of the system is the new power management controller NORISYS 4 PMC. It is based on our open automation platform NORISYS 4 that was especially developed to automate marine applications. As a customised solution, NORISYNC 4 efficiently manage the power distribution, load depending start and stops of diesel generators, the load sharing, synchronising the generator set power and also the use of the energy storage system (ESS) of hybrid and fully electric propulsion systems. Safely guide many different cables in a confined space with e-spool. e-spool uniquely combines two different energy supply systems: one standard energy chain is guided by a roller, providing the correct length and tension of the energy supply system through an integrated spring. In the home position, the energy chain is completely rolled up to save space. High-Temperature insulating hose (HT hose) protects heat-conveying lines and prevents thermal damage to adjoining parts with a fiberglass and double-coated silicon rubber top layer. The HT hose is available as a self-contained or re-closable sleeve as well as a custom-made mat. The approximate surface temperature of the duct can be up to 500°C.

Air flow routing tubes are designed to channel different kinds of air to appropriate destinations. If you have a specialized vehicle and need superior flexibility in your air duct tubing, these products lead the industry. CARADUCT® flexible tubes are multi-layer, grooved tubes that are wound from a combination of aluminum and paper layers. Heat protection sleeves and mats extend our expertise in protective aluminum flexible tubing to other shapes and uses. Layers of aluminum foil are combined with fiberglass for products that can withstand temperatures up to 750°C.

This product offers an excellent balance of properties: superior formability in the as-supplied temper, high in service strength, excellent bending and crash behavior. Novelis Advanz™ 6CM – s300 has a wide array of applications for general structure and crash energy absorption such as engine supports, cross members, transmission tunnel and front and rear crash members. As the in-service strength of Advanz™ 6CM – s300 is significantly higher than normal 5xxx alloys, this provides significantly higher energy absorption during crush. All values listed are typical.
