For safety-related applications, we offer IP67 block I/O modules with safe digital inputs and universal digital channels that can be used as inputs or outputs. The modules also feature non-safe universal digital channels and IO-Link master ports. This allows connection of standard I/Os and IO-Link devices to an IP67 fieldbus module - in addition to the safety inputs and outputs. Via the IO-Link IO hubs, up to 32 more universal digital signals can be connected.

The iBird® Pro is the latest tool in the GESIPA® Pro series with the new CAS battery.It can be networked with a smartphone, tablet or PC via an app! The app is available for Android and iOs devices. The iBird® Pro can be connected to three devices at the same time. With a setting force of 15,000 N and the well-proven brushless motor, the iBird® Pro is powerful and fast when setting blind rivets up to Ø 6.4 mm in any material. The optional Autoreverse function additionally shortens the pulling process, ensuring the iBird® Pro is immediately ready for operation. The iBird® Pro is extremely simple to connect thanks to the QR code located on your tool. Simply scan the QR code with the GESIPA® app and the iBird® Pro will automatically connect to your device. The optional setting process assistant from GESIPA® helps operators to adjust the setting process and evaluate riveting processes. The CANopen-PN can link any PROFINET IO controller to a CANopen network. The gateway operates as a PROFINET IO device with a maximum of 1440 bytes input data and 1440 bytes output data on the PROFINET IO bus. The CANopen-PN connects CANopen modules with CANopen (CiA 301) applications to e.g. a SIMATIC-S7. A maximum number of 127 CANopen nodes can be connected to the gateway. The CAN high speed (ISO 11898-2) compatible interface allows a maximum data-transfer rate of 1 Mbit/s. The 100 BASE-TX PROFINET IO interface is compatible to IEEE802.3 and runs at 100 Mbit/s. The gateway is designed according to PROFIBUS International Document TC2-09-0002 (CANopen-Integration_7012 d07_Jul09). The PROFINET IO interface and the CAN interface are electrically isolated. The module can be configured via PROFINET IO configuration tool GSDML- Composer. The esd CAN tools (CANreal, CANplot, CANrepro, CANscript, COBview) can be used additionally for CAN diagnostics.
