In the insulation material industry IFA Technology has established itself internationally as a reliable partner in many important production and processing steps. In close cooperation with our customers, we always develop economical solutions to meet the constantly changing requirements of the market. We consider your individual requirements and build customised plants and systems for the insulation materials industry. In the field of mineral wool insulating materials, we specialise in manufacturing binder mixing systems and process water treatment plants. In this segment in particular, the properties of insulating materials are constantly changing. Together with our customers we continuously develop new systems to meet the requirements of the market. Thanks to many years of know-how, we are always able to implement the most economical solution from the customer's point of view.

roller shutter housing connector We worked with a customer from the construction sector to develop a GRP connecting element that optimally connects the window frame and window blind box. This transfers the high mechanical loads exerted by wind in an optimal way. At the same time, the GRP profile improves the insulation capability of the entire system. The GRP profiles are drilled and counterbored on a large scale using a CNC machine, thus making installation significantly easier for the workmen.

The Furnace Tracker Sealed Quench Systems from Fluke Process instruments feature the Datapaq TP6 data logger, a sealed & quenchable thermal barriers from the SQ00 range, thermocouples and our intuitive Insight™ software to create a complete solution. This system is designed specifically for the aluminum solution heat treatment process. The system features a fully sealed design incorporating a pressure relief system, which allows for the most efficient insulation and enables the system to travel through every stage of your process. It can also be used in other solution heat treatment processes up to 900°C (1652°F) such as that for Titanium. Solvent-free, silicate dispersion paint enriched with nano-quartz-particles (silicate sol) in accordance with VOB/C DIN 18363 2.4.1. Its special composition and ingredients create an inseparable microporous bond with the substrate. This silicification results in perfect adhesion and achieves an extremely good durability even on critical substrates. Highest color stability: A1 (FB-Code, BFS-MB Nr. 26).

System for the impregnation of electomagnetic coils, e.g. of electric motors, transformers, generators Impregnating in electricla engineering means applying an impregnating agent in gaseous or fluid form to a porous body in order to insulate it electrically, i.e. that reliable protection against electrical breakdown is provided even when the thickness of the insulating layer is small. For each application HÜBERS provides appropriate process. HÜBERS offers all relevant process variants including vacuum impregnation, vacuum-pressure impregnation and atmospheric impregnation and of these coupled with the use of the many different impregnating agents such as varnish, resin, oil, wax, gas etc. The processes of evacuating the parts prior to impregnation and if necessary of vacuum-drying the impregnated parts are matched to the properties of the parts and ensure that the agent wets the walls of the pores properly and fills the cavities completely.

Classic glue-blending systems in blowlines reach their limits when special glue systems need to be applied to bres. It is therefore not possible to apply glues that respond sensitively to higher temperatures before the dryer. Chute glue-blending systems constitute the answer to this challenge. This type of glue-blending system is used, for example, in the insulation-material industry

The exclusive MASTER 3 sound-insulating drain system from SANHA consists of high-quality three-layer pipes and modern fittings. The drain pipes are constructed with three perfectly matched layers that work together to meet all the demands that a drain system is subjected to in the construction of a modern house, apartment and industrial building. Each layer optimises the properties of the pipe: The smooth inner layer prevents encrustations and is partly responsible for the good sound insulation properties. The solid middle layer is extremely robust and the brown outer layer provides excellent impact resistance even at low temperatures. The sealing ring consists of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR).

MODULAR REPRESENTS THE OPTION TO EXPAND. Storopack’s insulating box systems optimally protect temperature-sensitive goods during transport and storage. The intermediate rings allow you to connect any number of the basic elements of the thermoboxes. We can integrate additional inserts for cooling elements or dry ice into the thermoboxes without reducing the packaging volume.

NEOPOR® MEANS OPTIMAL INSULATION. As soon as packaging not only has to protect, but also insulate, Neopor® is used, a version of Styropor® that contains graphite. The expanded foam features impressively low thermal conductivity combined with high compressive resistance, providing the basis for energy-efficient solutions. Among other things, Storopack uses Neopor® to manufacture insulating boxes for packaging and shipping temperature-sensitive products such as food and medicines. Insulating boxes and system solutions made of Neopor® ensure that goods are always kept within a set temperature range, independently of the active cooling system in the laboratory, warehouse, or truck. Thanks to outstanding heat and cold insulation properties, high compressive resistance, reliable shock absorption, low weight, and guaranteed low moisture absorbency, Neopor® packaging is not only tailor-made for products, but also secure and temperature-resistant.

The dip tank TB400 is the smallest model in our line of paint stripping systems. It is ideally suited for wheels / light-alloy rims, bicycle and motorcycle frames, painting aids or hooks.
