Soybean oil is a popular vegetable oil extracted from soybeans. It is a versatile and widely used cooking oil known for its mild flavor and high smoke point. PET strapping is particularly tear-resistant and elastic at the same time. Thus they reliably absorb shocks during transportation and, depending on width, can sustain loads of between 185 and 580 kg. Our PET strapping is available in widths of 9.5 to 15.5 millimeters with tight fabrication tolerances. After use, it can be easily fed back into the material cycle, since it consists of 100 % recyclabled plastic bottles (bottle flakes). It has a high stability for optimal load security. Its constantly high quality ensures a high machine availability. Riga HPL Birch plywood ( Riga Ply) overlaid with HPL (High Pressure Laminate) on one or both faces. On the reverse face balance paper can be applied. Overlay HPL is a decorative high-pressure laminate. HPL is made of layers of Kraft paper impregnated with phenol resins (the core) and decorative melamine impregnated paper (the surface layer), manufactured under high pressure and temperature. Colors at customer’s request. Application Furniture industry: kitchen and laboratory furniture components and worktops; furniture for shops. Transport industry and construction: finishing works of walls and ceiling, surfaces where high wear resistance and appearance are required. Sizes 1220 mm x 2400 / 3050 mm 1250 mm x 2500 / 3000 mm Cut-to-size panels, machining and processing up to ready furniture components in accordance with the customers’ requirements. Thicknesses Plywood ( Riga Ply) nominal thickness is 6.5, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27 mm. To Riga Ply thickness the following should be added: 2 x 0,6 mm (HPL thickness), if HPL is applied on both faces 0.6 + 0.15 mm (balance paper thickness), if HPL is applied only on one face

As separation of recyclable materials is becoming increasingly complex, a system with clear contours and convincing benefits meets these requirements. The brushed stainless steel surfaces are easy to maintain with standard cleaning agents: Shiny material that is predestined for continuous use and can withstand high stresses. The SKYLINE series combines the advantages of large capacity (100 litres per compartment), large openings and certified fire protection.

Stainless steel, flat, grades availabe on request, hot-rolled. Technical delivery conditions according to DIN EN 10088-3:2014. Execution as per DIN EN 10058. The produced bars are delivered with mill test certificates according to DIN EN 10204/3.1. Available in random lengths of 4000-6500 mm. *The regular minimum order quantity is 500 kg. The finished bars are packed in bundles of approx. 500 kg. Each bundle carries two labels, providing information about dimensions, grade, heat number, weight, manufacturer's code and works inspector. Other dimensions on request. Acceptance test certificates according to DIN EN 10204/3.1 are issued for the manufactured sections. The regular minimum order quantity is 500 kg. We pack the finished profiles in bundles weighing approx. 500 kg. Each bundle is provided with two labels giving information on dimensions, material number, heat number, weight, manufacturer's mark and the responsible mill expert.
