The JET3up PI is a pigment ink printer primarily used for cables and many other products with dark backgrounds. Data on dark surfaces such as cable must be printed with bright inks. But those present a major challenge for conventional inkjet printers because the pigments in contrast inks settle out. But not with the JET3up PI! The industrial inkjet printer has a unique stirring device that keeps the pigments in motion, thus keeping the ink in the printer always ready for use. This way LEIBINGER guarantees maximum print quality and highest reliability even for the use of pigmented inks. With the automatic nozzle seal "Sealtronic" in the JET3up MI, LEIBINGER can guarantee that the ink does not dry, even after long-term shut-downs. When production stops, the gutter and the nozzle form an airtight circuit: No ink may leak from the circulation and no air can come in. Even after long downtimes LEIBINGER inkjet printers are ready to print within a minute – without cleaning cycles.

The T2-L is the world’s first industrial-grade, professional digital press for flexible packaging utilizing water-based inks. This flexible packaging water-based narrow inkjet press also comes with inline cold lamination. Therefore, the T2-L accommodates a wide range of flexible packaging solutions. Our EBS-6600 is the first model from the brand new Boltmark II-series. It's an industrial single-head Ink-Jet printer designed for coding moving objects on a factory conveyor without requiring direct contact. It's able to code from 1.2mm up to a maximum of 14mm height with a max. amount of up to 25 dots [depending on text profile].

EBS-7200 is a fast, single-head industrial printer of the type "INK-JET" (ink drop ejection) which can be used for non-contact marking of objects that move for example on a belt conveyor. The marking speed of this printer is exceptional. It is 46% faster than the 6500 and 6800 and is therefore designed for marking tasks that require an exceptionally high marking speed. The device is designed for printing with different coloured dye inks (i.e. homogeneous, pigment-free inks). The commercial versions of the printers differ in the maximum height of the printed image (MVP - maximum height of the vertical row of dots), which can be 16 (25 or 32 as an option) dots.
