The compact MEMDOS SMART LP stepper motor pump combines the size advantages of a solenoid diaphragm dosing pump with the precision of a motorised diaphragm dosing pump. This pump is available in five performance ranges, making it suitable for different applications. The drive of the MEMDOS SMART LP is fully controllable, which allows the stroke frequency to be continuously adjusted and thus ensures precise dosing. The ability to integrate the pump into sophisticated automation networks is particularly noteworthy. A version with an Ethernet-based MODBUS interface is available for this purpose, allowing seamless communication and control within modern industrial systems.

The IF2035 interface modules are designed for easy connection of Micro-Epsilon sensors to Industrial Ethernet controllers, e.g., plant control systems. The PROFINET and EthernetIP modules are compatible with sensors that output data via an RS422 or RS485 interface. The frost protection controller can easily be confi gured and monitored via web interface. The integrated wake on LAN function enables the booting up of a PC in case of failures (e.g. in a control room) and informs the operating personnel about the type and place of failures.
