We are experts in deep-drawn parts made of stainless steel, deep-drawn parts made of aluminium and other non-ferrous metals (including brass, copper and nickel silver). To produce your perfect component, we also have the option of using carbon steel, special nickel alloys (e.g. Inconel®), but also soft magnetic materials. Each material has specific properties that need to be taken into account in the forming process. We manufacture deep-drawn parts with a diameter of 2 to 80 mm and a length of up to 120 mm. We process material thicknesses from 0.05 to 2.50 mm.Pharmaceutical and medical technology, industry, consumer and automotive: we are primarily active in these fast-growing sectors. We are not only specialists in deep drawing, but also know the industrial requirements and process chains. Depending on your requirements, we complement deep-drawing with numerous secondary finishing processes up to fully automated assembly systems.

Industrial condenser dryer DH 65 SThe compact industrial dehumidifier DH 65 S dries up to 80 liters per day This condenser dryer is an equally powerful and economic dehumidification solution for various dry keeping applications during industrial processes or product storage. In addition to the hot gas automatic defrost system, the DH 65 S comes with an aluminium tube evaporator without fins which permits an effective dehumidification performance even at a low humidity level. Moreover, the modular refinement of the electrical system and the water-bearing components of this industrial dryer was realized according to European standard. Hence, with the DH 65 S you have a particularly economic dehumidifier for reliable permanent drying applications. Owing to its sturdy swivel casters with RollStop catch, this drying unit can easily be transported from one application site to another.

aluDISC is the first round aluminium enclosure for industrial electronics and electronic components. The unique shape integrates perfectly into industrial machinery and piping systems. Whether fitted to the wall, integrated into a pipe system or a machine body – the round shape always makes a good impression. The lid already has a recess to accommodate membrane keypads or a front plate. A version with a fold-out, transparent lid with ingress protection IP 65 is also available. The snap-on design covers hide the screw channels. The enclosure can be mounted while closed. Practical lid supports are also available. Fastening domes in the bottom and the lid to accommodate e.g. circuit boards or mounting plates are also integrated as standard. Matching cable glands and more can also be supplied by us.

This deflectable pneumatic spindle is capable of compensating part and positioning tolerances when machining. This means that it is possible to trace a part contour with constant pressure and achieve uniform removal, even under fluctuating conditions. An optimum application for this system is, for example, the automated deburring of castings or machined components using an industrial robot. Adaptor flange (Order no. 003 012 557) to simplify the mounting of the system is available directly from us. The deflection force is individually infinitely adjustable using air pressure (2-6 bar), even during processing. This enables the removal rate to be perfectly adapted to the thickness of the burr.
