Wherever temperatures are measured, temperatures must also be simulated. The Pt100-simulator is suitable for a wide area of applications. It has a wide range of simulation, which is resolved in 0.1 °C steps and makes many assignments in chemistry-, measuring-, controlling-, medicine and household applications, food industry, vehicle construction, air- and space travel and power plants easy to solve. Often in the past several simulators had to be used alongside to achieve either resolution or the range of the relevant application. As an extra advantage to the user temperatures can be entered in degrees celsius. Additional extensive conversions and readings in tabulation sheets are no longer necessary. The capaNCDT DT61x0/IP is an industrial-grade, capacitive sensor system for displacement, distance and position measurements. Consisting of a sensor, a sensor cable and a controller, the measuring system is ready for use without any on-site calibration. Due to its very good temperature stability, immunity to magnetic fields and robust design that is protected to IP68, the capaNCDT DT61x0/IP is used for industrial measurement tasks such as air gap measurement in generators and regulation of plant and machinery.

The air flows around outside the tubes or the fins/lamellas. The connection between the fins and the tube is used to enlarge the space for heat transfer between the liquid and the gas fluid. The technical figures (for ex. amount of air, temperature, pressure, waste of air) can be different for the air-water heat exchanger. Also the operating conditions and the environment conditions can vary from application to application.

The STAUFF Clean System comprises of a pneumatic launcher and a range of specially designed nozzles and projectiles. The launcher uses standard industrial compressed air pressure between 6 and 8 bar / 87 and 116 PSI to propel a foam projectile through the nozzle and into the pipe, tube or hose bore to have their inside surface cleanedfrom any unwanted contamination. This provides a safe and environmentally friendly tool that requires little formal expertise to operate and apply. The launcher is the part of the system that controls the air supply to propel the projectile from start to finish of the cleaning job. The nozzles are specially designed to affect an airtight seal on any pipe, tube or hose with or without end fittings. Its main purpose is to compress the foam projectile allowing it to enter the internal diameter of the pipe, tube or hose to be cleaned. Industrial air scrubbers are used to purify the exhaust air of pollutants, for example in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry. As soon as the exhaust air meets the legal requirements for clean gas values, it can be returned to the environment. Absorptive exhaust air purification by waste gas scrubbers is a frequently used technology. Gas scrubbers are suitable for removing pollutants, aerosols and dust from the exhaust air. Especially watersoluble exhaust air components are separated with high efficiency.

In many incineration and industrial plants in various industries as well as in the municipal sector, dust emissions are produced during production processes. These emissions must be purified before they are released into the atmosphere. The dusts can be sticky, greasy, wet, dry or combustible and have different particle sizes. In general, they are between 0,1 and 1000 μm in size. Dust collection systems physically filter these dusts out of the exhaust air. WesselUmwelttechnik specialises in various methods of exhaust air cleaning, including industrial dust collector systems, to safely comply with legal requirements, e.g. the German TA Luft. Leak detection in the age of digitalization SONOCHEK is a digital ultrasonic testing device to detect inaudible waves and frequencies in the air or in a metal machine frame. It is primarily used to detect leaks in any industrial air and gas pressure pipes and vacuum systems. Leaks of compressed air and gas systems in particular can be very costly because more energy needs to be produced to compensate for the loss. Its detecting range reaches from 20 up to 100 kHz. These frequencies are inaudible to human ears, but SONOCHEK can detect them and make them audible and visible, while specifying the leak and evaluating the total amount of loss, all of which can be combined in a full report. An integrated camera and microphone enable the engineer to comment on his findings and refine the final report.
