Since the complete bowl can be assembled and disassembled as one compact component, simple and time-saving maintenance is guaranteed. The spindle of the AC1500 reaches its operating speed within a few seconds and can be flexibly adapted to product requirements through simple and variable speed control. In addition, the AC1500 operates so efficiently that power consumption can be reduced while at the same time decreasing the mechanical load on the system.

This efficiency combined with quiet running sets standards in separation technology worldwide. The soft-shot system, specially designed by Flottweg, performs acoustically hardly perceptible solids discharge. Depending on the customer's requirements, it can be set as desired whether partial or full discharges are to be carried out in order to achieve higher product yields. In addition, it is possible to set the discharge times to a tenth of a second.

Raised access floor power system 8508BK with 8 slots. The housing is made of sendzimir galvanized sheet steel. The insert lid and frame are made of 1.5 mm thick stainless steel. The lid is removable and can be covered with a 15 mm floor covering such as Stone, wood etc. The bottom of the receptacle box can be opened for subsequent pulling of cables without affecting the connected units. Aluminum leveling ring 12251 for floor socket 7702A and 7704A for use in wooden floors or raised access floors. The leveling ring is attached to the floor socket with screws and screwed onto the floor from below. The delivery takes place with grub screws, but without illustrated fastening screws and illustrated floor socket.

The plastic insert 12108 serves as a screed placeholder for the floor socket 9902A and 9902D.

CEE floor tank 8314A made of solid aluminum with lockable hinged lid. Easy opening and closing of the lid thanks to a snap lock integrated in the lid. When closed, the floor tank is splash-proof and therefore also suitable for wet sweepers. The frame and lid surface are anodized in natural aluminum. Wall socket 5501A with one slot, splash-proof, with protection class IP44. The hinged lid can be locked with a key and is therefore primarily protected against unauthorized use. The storage box is made of sendzimir galvanized steel sheet. The frame and the lid are made of solid aluminum and anodized in natural aluminum. Further colors and equipment variants on request.

Wall distributor 5623E with 5 slots and FI/LS protection. The housing is made of stainless steel. The door can be locked with a profile half-cylinder lock, even with plugged-in standard plugs. The surface-mounted wall distributor 5623E is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, protection class IP 44 (electrical units). The wall distributor is delivered in the special colors DB701 or DB703 (gray tones) as standard. Coating in RAL colors is also possible on request – other colors can only be implemented at an additional cost.

Multi-coil wave springs are made from flat-rolled spring wire that is coiled to a helical shape and the coils are at the same time given a sinus shaped wave form. The force-deflection relation is created by flattening out the wave form when the spring is compressed. The function is hence like a helically shaped leaf spring.

Volute Springs are used as compression springs and made from flat material coiled to a volute. The coils of the material overlap each other and are guided radially by each other during compression, thus giving the spring a stability against buckling that cannot be achieved with conventional compression springs.

Many applications require two similar springs, but with one right-hand coiled and one left-hand coiled. In some cases, these two springs can be combined into a double spring, which has one right and one left-hand coiled spring body connected to each other.

Torsion bar springs is a good alternative to clock springs or helical torsion springs, when a rotational torque is needed in applications where the spring shall fit into a space that is limited radially, but with lots of space axially.

Most common ends are different types of end loops and hooks, there are also a wide range of other mechanical attachment possibilities such as coiled in and screwed in attachments. Examples are, half hooks, German loops, English loops, extended hooks, side hooks, side loops, screw plugs and screw shackles.

A snap or retaining ring is a fastener or retaining ring that consists of a semi-flexible metal ring with open ends that can be snapped into place. It fits in a groove on a shaft or inside a bore and locates the shaft axially in one direction.

A Garter Spring is a circular ring made from a coiled helical spring bent into a circle and with the two ends connected to each other. A garter spring will create a radial force directed towards its center when the radius of the garter spring increases.

Disc springs (also called Belleville springs) are geometrically a cylindrical washer with a slightly conical shape. It is used as compression spring and is the best solution when forces are high and travel relatively limited. This type of springs can or in parallel, which increases travel and/or force.

Constant Force Springs are manufactured from flat strip material and spooled to a specific curvature matching the needed pull force. There is practically no limit on extension speed and acceleration. The springs can be fitted in a number of ways and extended partly or completely.

Compression springs is the most common type of springs. The majority of compression springs are cylindrical and linear, but to this group belongs also conical, barrel shaped, tapered out ends and more. The design can be adjusted to fulfill a wide range of requirements concerning spring characteristic.

Clock Springs – also called hair springs – is a torsion spring that is optimum for installation spaces that are limited axially, but with more space radially. They are made from strip material or flat rolled wire that is wound in a flat, spiral shape.

Circlips and Locking Rings consist of a semi-flexible metal ring with open ends that can be snapped into place. They fit in a groove on a shaft or inside a bore and locates the shaft axially in one direction.
