Many of our customers are active in the aerospace industry. In this area, we offer test specimens made of aerospace metals like aluminum, titanium, or steel. All materials have been certified according to the relevant aerospace standards. Upon request, we will provide you with an authoritative certificate, including an acceptance test certificate (WAZ – CoC), positive material identification (PMI) and a production-related test report. Do your requirements include additional pre-treatment such as various anodizing processes (TSA or CAA) or electroplating, for instance cadmium or silver plating? The AUREX ERS uses the measuring technique of the Electronic Rotating Scanner (ERS) principle. With this active-passive measurement, every point of the measured object is detected 100% in longitudinal and circumferential direction, so that even minimal tolerance deviations are detected. Coextruded layers can also be detected as soon as they are physically detectable by ultrasound. The AUREX ERS is complemented by the optional "Quality Check", a wall thickness error check. The "Quality Check" detects anomalies on the surface, in the material and on the inner surface of the pipe. The Gronemeyer aligner station is a solution if you have to feed glasses, bottles or tins aligned into a filling or labelling machine. By using high-performance product identification up to 350 products/min. can be identified and aligned in a continuous flow of materials. New products can easily be saved with the electrical control system's user-friendly operator interface. HERMA laser films have been developed especially for black/white and colour laser printers. With suitable colours, the surface yields good printing results with all standard printing methods. Label sheets are particularly suitable for product identification, e.g. barrel or pallet labelling. In combination with certain HERMA acrylate adhesives, this film meets the requirements according to BS5609 section 2 (seawater resistance).
