The Combined Fluidization Technology dryer (CFT dryer) offers an economic process for sticky products. CFT dryers combine the advantages of convective fluidized bed drying with contact drying. The CFT works with a hot mechanically fluidized bed. The feed material is distributed into this bed. It is fluidized by a rotating paddle system. Inside the fluidized bed the wet product is evenly distributed throughout the dry product. The volatiles evaporate instantly in contact with the hot particles, i.e. new solids are created at the location of evaporation. CFT dryers allow the handling of products, which cannot be handled in other types of contact dryers. Highly viscous, pasty, sticky, crust-forming states do not exist.

The Statox 560 might be one of the safest gas detectors at all. Functional safety level 2 tells you how low its probability of failure on demand is. Furthermore a self test with the target gas assures that a failure - how unlikely ever - can never go unnoticed. The fact, that the self test is not only capable detecting a failure, but also maintenance request. This saves a lot of time for inspections. The Statox 560 is in any aspect a state - of - the - art product: - The new sensor generation features high sensitvity, fast response, low interferences and plug - and play technology. - The gas generators produce the target gas and thus offer a 100 % proof that the all components are in perfect condition. - The output signal is either a 4 - 20 mA analog signal or a RS 485 signal. - The electronics are well protected in an Ex d housing with window. The self test can be triggered in programmable time intervals, or manually with a magnetic pin. With this tool you can also set parameters without opening the housing. No hot work permit required! - The sensor module holds the sensor, the generator cell and a micropump. It is an Ex i module, i. e. for work on this module there is also no hot work permit required! The module can be replaced completey by another. This design reduces the work in the field to an absolute minimum. The Statox offers 100 % safety plus utmost operator conveniance!
