Heating people directly without the need to build up and maintain a body of warm air is economical and flexible as well, especially for applications like outdoors, with high ceilings or huge spaces. The field of application includes for example work-shops, sport-facilities, pub gardens, patios, but also industrial or commercial appliances like drying paint or heating machinery. The HA-series are IP22 rated for indoor use and provide the most economic means of heating intermittently used buildings. The case includes M6 holes for optional suspension.

With the heat pumps from FrigorTec, the energy of a warm aeration / gas removal or waste water is usually exploited. This is often the case in large kitchens, hospitals or the like. But FrigorTec also offers heat pump series, which come into use in building technology and are used effectively to heat residential or commercial buildings.

The IDS 100, our second-strongest model of this series of mobile indirect oil heaters, provides powerful mobile heating power Manufactured in Europe, the oil heater fan IDS 100 with a nominal heat input of up to 117.26 kW and an air flow rate of 5,500 m³/h quickly and effectively heats storage and production halls, workshops, building sites and greenhouses. This is ensured by the integrated oil burner with Suntek pump. Of course, your safety is our top priority. Owing to the double-walled housing with protective coating the surface temperature of the outer casing is reduced to a minimum, which means a decreased risk of injuries for the user. Moreover, the housing provides optimum soundproofing. The device is equipped with an electronic flame trap, safety thermostat for overheating protection and fully automatic after-cooling.

ELECTRIC HEATER FAN TDS 50 EPowerful mobile heating in a trice The robust electric heater fan TDS 50 E is the powerful heating solution for the building industry and agricultural sector, for the catering trade or holiday home. With its hard-wearing double-walled housing, the TDS 50 E is on the one hand flexibly prepared for different operating conditions, and on the other hand offers good thermal insulation. Designed for a mobile change of location, the heating device can be transported conveniently using the practical carrying handle. Unlike directly fired gas or oil heating devices, the electric heater fan neither consumes oxygen nor produces combustion gases. Therefore, it can be used basically everywhere provided there is a socket – particularly for temperature control in unheated rooms.

ELECTRICAL SPACE HEATER TDS 120 RProfessional heating for large building areas: With the TDS 120 R and a full 30 kW heating force Owing to 30 kW of heating power, the most powerful model of the TDS-R series comes with convenient spare capacity for the permanent heating of larger rooms and is hence especially suited for temperature control in larger building sections. Accommodated in a comfortably transportable and stable carriage construction with ball-bearing wheels, the fully galvanized, coated steel sheet housing of the electrical space heater TDS 120 R houses high-quality corrosion-protected stainless steel heating elements, which immediately after switching on generate formidable heat flowing out in large volumes via the powerful air circulating follow-up fan. The desired temperature can be regulated as needed via the integrated infinitely variable thermostat and the heating capacity can be increased in two stages up to 30 kW for maximum selected warmth.

IDS 45 OIL HEATER FANThe robust IDS 45 oil fan heater for fast, uncomplicated heating - mobile heating power on wheels The professional heater fan IDS 45 is suited for an uncomplicated and quick heating of storage spaces, workshops, building sites, green houses or stables. Thanks to the integrated oil burner with Danfoss® pump it operates economically and effectively in every heating application. Owing to its robust design and convenient carriage, the device can quickly be transported from A to B by one person only and thus enables a quick change of location. Safety is the top priority of the oil heater manufactured in Europe. The housing is double-walled and with its protective coating provides an optimum soundproofing while simultaneously minimizing the surface temperature of the outer casing and thus the risk of injuries for the user.

Know-how for special applications There are applications with very special requirements for the heat exchanger. Due to its decades of experience, Anthermo GmbH has the necessary know-how to be able to build special heat exchangers for special applications. So every year we build numerous heat exchangers that are a bit off the standard. Dimensioning with EDP programs With the help of EDP programs, Anthermo GmbH is also able to dimension and technically design special heat exchangers. The technical design and dimensioning is strictly based on the specifications and requirements of the customer. After the design, a three-dimensional CAD model is created. The CAD drawing approved by the customer forms the basis for production with the most modern IT-supported production systems.

Freek pump and gas line heaters for trace heating are designed to regulate temperatures in order to prevent freezing or condensation in the line. As with all our heaters, these can be designed and produced to your bespoke specifications. A most frequent application for gas & pump line heaters the semi-conductor process in which gases such as Tetraethyl Orthosilicate (TEOS), Boron Trichloride (BCl3), Aluminium Chloride (AlCl3), Chlorine Triuoride (ClF3) and Dichlorosilane (DCS) condense at low temperatures. Should this occur, it could result in wafer defect. Gas and pump line heaters consistently heat the lines and provide a simple heating solution and prevent condensation build up. The optimum line temperature will vary depending on the process.

InduStrip EZ2 radiant heaters are suitable for full or auxiliary heating of rooms with large volumes and high ceilings. These radiators are for commercial use like in department stores, warehouses or industrial buildings. The heating elements emit no light and thanks to the clear design, the EZ2 inconspicuously integrates into the electrical installation. Recommended mounting height up to 3.5m.

We added a PFD (Piston Friction Disc) featuring the System Sentry®. This patented device reacts to heat build up caused by fan drive slippage or fan obstructions. When it senses excessive heat, the System Sentry releases, disengaging the fan drive before extensive damage occurs to the cooling system. PETG Filament Carbon is a polyethylene terephthalate-based filament reinforced with carbon fibre. It does not require a heated build chamber for printing. The filament ensures a perfect surface immediately after printing, so that no further post-processing is necessary. It can be combined very well with support material such as HIPS. PETG filament carbon is ideal for the production of very strong and hard components. The material is hardly sensitive to the influence of moisture and heat.

With heat recovery systems in industrial environments, the heat contained in the exhaust air is efficiently used to heat air or water. A very efficient use of this energy is the preheating of dryer supply air. The heat can be used continuously here. This warm exhaust air is also suitable for heating buildings. Depending on the local conditions, both airtoair heat exchangers and airtowater heat exchangers can be used for this purpose. The heated air, in turn, is fed into production and factory halls or other areas of the building. This type of supply air heating is particularly costefficient. Such recovery systems also have a positive effect in terms of environmental compatibility. Waste heat from industry that is harmful to the climate is no longer released into the environment but remains in the cycle of the production process or building heating. The systems are also suitable for cooling rooms when outside temperatures are hot, for example.
