Ceramic Insulated (Band) Heaters are predestined for high-temperature applications beyond 450 °C, for example for pipe heating in process heat technology, especially when gases are involved. Ceramic insulated sectional surface heating elements are also brought into action where a heat storage capacity is needed, as in hot plates the case. With the heating surface of ceramic flat heaters being composed by small-limbed ceramic elements with aligned holes in the centre for the resistance coils to be fed through, ceramic sectional heating mats are also applicable for bent or cylindric surfaces. Like Micanite insulated flat heating elements also Ceramic insulated elements can receive a metal sheath. The latter provides additional protection against mechanical load and allows for attaching connection boxes. Another advantage is the easy installation by means of mounting holes in the metal cladding.

CSN ® Explosion proof cartridge heaters as direct heaters for liquids or gases in hazardous environment. These units are equipped with a heating bundle or a replaceable ceramic heating element. For temperature control these heaters are available with an integrated temperature monitoring system. These devices are available in various material grades. The electric cartridge heating element type 93./..EEx….T.(.) is designed for the heating of liquids in the zone 1 and zone 2. Screw-in heaters are versatile and intended for heating liquid media in industrial and commercial applications. When selecting, the specific surface load permitted for the respective medium must be observed and checked by the customer. EHK G2 are mainly used for heating hydraulic oil in containers in which the replacement of the heating cartridge without draining the medium must be possible. Ceramic heating cartridge in stainless steel tube ø 50mm, material-no. 1.4512 or material-no. 1.4404. G2″ thread SW70 welded from V2A. Terminal box made of PA6-GF30, impact-resistant and oil-resistant, degree of protection IP66/67. Unheated zone 50mm, surface load 1,5 W/cm², voltage 230/400 V. Special versions on request.

The desired temperature can be regulated as needed via the integrated infinitely variable thermostat of the TDS 50 M. For more targeted warmth, the heating capacity can be increased in two stages up to 9 kW. If required, the fan can also be used in sole fan operation without heating function. The TDS 50 M is powered by three-phase current, which is, however, not supplied to a conventional heating coil but to a durable PTC ceramic heating element integrated in this electric heater. In direct comparison, this does not only entail a more homogenous hot air current and a lower noise generation – the ceramic PTC heater battery also offers many additional assets.

CERAMIC FAN HEATER TDS 10 MQuick, effective and draught-free warmth without burning dust The small ceramic fan heater is not only the ideal heating solution for allergy-sufferers to be used in living and work spaces. For, generally speaking, electric heaters are excellently suited for use in closed interior spaces, as they neither consume oxygen nor produce any combustion gases. The ceramic fan heater TDS 10 M still outweighs this commonly known advantage of electric heaters, for it is equipped with a PTC ceramic heating element instead of heating wires. Advantages of PTC as compared to heating wires: longer lifetime, less sensitive technology, shorter heat-up times, process-related overheating protection – and no burning of dust during heating, which additionally makes this ceramic heater suitable for allergy sufferers.

We are using CNC - technology for the laying of thin and insulated heating wires on a variety of carrier materials in order to manufacture all kinds of heating elements. We can work up to sizes of 2 x 2 m, and we can realize medium series (500 - 10.000pcs.) as well as high volume productions (up to 1 million pcs.). All voltages from 3,7V up to 480V are possible.
