What do we take care of from the very beginning? From the Idea to Prototyping to Series Production and Evolution – MicroControl plans, develops and manufactures individual solutions. MicroControl experts will work in close liaison with the customer to realize hardware and software for the desired application. In a following step, a prototype will be developed and manufactured – either by the customer or MicroControl. In the conceptual stage, the required technical specifications of the customer’s application are checked continually.

The Z+F PROFILER® 9012 A has a vertical 360° field-of-view and is the fastest profile imaging 2D laser measurement system in its class. With its scan rate of more than 1 million points per second and a maximum scanning speed of 200 profiles/sec. short distances between the profiles can be achieved even at high speeds of the carrier vehicle. Because of the high point density, even small objects are registered and processed by the software. Because the laser measurement system corresponds to laser class 1, the scanner can be used in urban environments without any restriction. A hardware-assisted pixel-by-pixel synchronization makes it possible to process signals form external devices. As a result, the position and orientation of the scan data can be determined.

aluDISC is the first round aluminium enclosure for industrial electronics and electronic components. The unique shape integrates perfectly into industrial machinery and piping systems. Whether fitted to the wall, integrated into a pipe system or a machine body – the round shape always makes a good impression. The lid already has a recess to accommodate membrane keypads or a front plate. A version with a fold-out, transparent lid with ingress protection IP 65 is also available. The snap-on design covers hide the screw channels. The enclosure can be mounted while closed. Practical lid supports are also available. Fastening domes in the bottom and the lid to accommodate e.g. circuit boards or mounting plates are also integrated as standard. Matching cable glands and more can also be supplied by us.
