Our GK-I hot melt dispersions is tailored for heat transfer printing. With a rather high activation temperatur is results is very durable bonds once applied. It can be used well with toner-based prints. This adhesive is great for heat transfer printing onto glas or ceramic products like wine or spirits bottles as well as promotional or cosmetic products made from ABS. Furthermore, it offers self-crosslinking capabilities which increase the adhesion even further. It shows great resistance against water and heat. The particles in this dispersion are fine dispersed and result in even and repeatable results.

The highpressure pumps of the Z series deliver operating pressures up to 1,500 bar. With a high number of pressure and nominal flow rate combinations, the pumps are preferably used in industrial cleaning, paint stripping and also in descaling.For pumps with an operating pressure of more than 1,000 bar, hard metal plungers are used, which are particularly stable in order to guarantee a long service life and thus low maintenance costs.

SL 800 provides optimal protection against wear and is suitable industry-wide. It contains premium active ingredients with long- lasting effects. The special lubricant protects all metal friction surfaces that are exposed to extreme temperatures and is there- fore suitable for use at temperatures of up to around 800ºC (to around 200ºC with dry lubrication) and will withstand cold down to around -35ºC. Tantalum is a shiny grey, very hard and yet ductile heavy metal from the vanadium group, it is easy to form and weld. Tantalum belongs to the refractory metals, is very resistant to almost all acids (except hydrofluoric acid) and has a high absorption capacity for hydrogen and nitrogen. In nature, tantalum only occurs bound together with niobium. Tantalum is used in electrical engineering, chemistry, in high-temperature furnace construction, in evaporation plants and even in nuclear technology. Tantalum is added as an alloying component to rust and acid-resistant steels. Tantalum carbide is used for the production of hard metals. Tungsten is a silver-white, metallically shiny or grey heavy metal (depending on whether it occurs in pieces or in powder form). Hard and brittle, tungsten can, however, be made ductile by hammering and drawn into thin wires, for example. Tungsten belongs to the group of refractory metals, which are characterized by high melting points, good thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion, among other things. High corrosion resistance is a further characteristic. Tungsten is suitable for the construction of resistance heating elements, the manufacture of filaments (especially in high-temperature furnace construction and electrical engineering), engine parts, X-ray anodes and welding electrodes. Pins made of tungsten can be fused into high melting point glass for the passage of current. Tungsten is also used in nuclear technology. Tungsten alloys are used about 80% in the steel industry and about 10% each in the hard metal and electrical industries.

Molybdenum is a heavy metal which has a silver-white colour in piece form or a greyish colour in powder form. The stretchable and polishable heavy metal is hard and brittle, but still easy to process. Molybdenum belongs to the group of refractory metals with a melting point of 2.617°C. Molybdenum is mined mainly in North and South America and China. The metal is mainly extracted as a by-product of copper production. The vacuum brazing is flux-free. In the so-called active brazing process, titanium allows wetting of the surfaces. While cemented hard metals can also be inductively brazed, diamonds, CVD and ceramics must be actively brazed in a vacuum. When brazing PCD and PCBN, not only the hard metal substrate but also the PCD or PCBN layers are wetted.

The "Metzner RPA 60-LT" is a powerful robot press automation with an outstanding storage system for the highest demands in the handling of pressed parts made of hard metal and metal powder. With a storage capacity of up to 60 sintering plates, the it offers outstanding possibilities for the production of sintered parts of all types. All sintering plates are fed to the machine via four transport trolleys with 15 plates each. The intelligent handling system of the "RPA 60-LT" ensures uninterrupted loading of the pressed parts. While the first sintering plate is filled by a linear robot with multifunctional gripper, the handling system provides a second empty plate. As soon as the first plate is filled, the loading of the second one starts. Meanwhile, the handling system returns the loaded sintering plate to the transport carriage. The automation thus works according to the Kanban principle, which ensures that the press can be operated continuously even during the workpiece carrier change

Contrary to external turning, tool selection and tool use are of greater significance in internal turning as these are limited by the length and hole diameter of the work-piece. During internal turning it is very important to select a boring bar which is optimal for the hole diameter in order to minimise vibrations. Zinner tools are available in steel, heavy metal or hard metal shanks.
