Preformed silicone heaters are useful for diamters as small as 12 mm and up to 100 mm. Rounded silicone heaters are not possible with self-adhesive foil. Spiral Wrap Pre-Formed Silicone Rubber Heaters are suitable for tubes and flexible pipes and hoses with Ø 6,35 mm (1/4"). Spiral formed flex heaters can be used up to Ø 12 mm (the length of the stretchable silicone spiral wrap heater is reduced accordingly). The thickness of our spiral-wrapped silicone strip heaters is 2,2 mm. Also our gas and pump line heaters, most frequently used in the semi-conductor process, are shaped and pre-formed according to the object geometry to be heated. They are designed to regulate temperatures in order to prevent condensation in the line. Current applications here are Semi Conductors, Vacuum Chambers, Wafer Chucks, Valves, Exhaust & Pump Systems.

The MBS hydraulic cylinders of the MZR-1004 series are synchronized cylinders for use as actuating and control cylinders. All cylinders work with low friction and run stick-slip-free. The connection is made via a head flange attachment and a threaded attachment on the piston rod. For flexible use, fittings for pipe fittings according to BSPP ISO 1179-2 and venting connections are available on both sides. Lift and piston rod protrusion are also variable selectable. Our cylinders are prepared for use with position sensor and position monitoring. Square cartridge heaters are used where much power has to be installed near the surface of a tool, e.g. in cutting knives, sealing stations or hot plates. With a soft, malleable condition in stainless steel or nickel sheath square cartridge heaters can easily be pressed into common milled rectangular grooves. Apart from the advantageous heat transfer over ¾ of the sheath, it is not necessary to cement or cast in the heater which is imperative for round cartridge heaters. Unlike tubular heaters which are also available in square sections (see chapter Flexible Heating Pipes), the square cartridge heaters have the termination on one side and can be loaded with 16W/cm² (2.5W/in²) due to their special inside construction.

Our 3E inlay connector can be directly fastened to existing fittings with DIN 8063 male threads and is immediately ready for use with both flexible tubes and pipes. The inlay component of the 3E connector is manufactured as one piece with the connector integrated. This saves not only time and work, it helps to ensure that the connector is tight and thus safe to use.

The firm flexible tube or plastic pipe is pushed onto the integrated connecting sleeve of the 1C connector. The sealing ring forms a tightness for the connection, while it is secured in place by a cutting ring. Due to the knurled nut, this also affects the flexible tube. The cutting ring wedges into the flexible tube or pipe as far as the knurled nut is screwed onto the connector body. A shear force is applied here that intensifies the contact pressure. This creates a friction-locked and tight connection that can be released at any time and minimises the dead volume.

The pipe or tube of the 2D pipe connector is inserted through the connector as required for bead tubes, immersion tubes, thermometers or sensors, etc. The pipe is placed against the inner edge of the connector and a sealing ring seals off the connection. A cutting ring wedges into the flexible tube or pipe as far as the knurled nut is screwed onto the connector body, thereby fixing the connection in place.

The 3C Tri-Clamp connector is easy to use: Simply press the two flange-like connector pieces against each other and fasten them together using the locking clip. A sealing ring is situated between the connector pieces to maintain a proper seal. The resulting connection is form-fit and smooth and a wing nut on the locking clip makes it easy to quickly open and close the connection at any time. The Tri-Clamp connection can be combined with a 1+, 1A or 1C flexible tube connector, a 2N pipe connector or a male thread.

For the 2N pipe connector, the pipe is placed against the inner edge of the connector and a sealing ring seals off the connection. A cutting ring wedges into the flexible tube or pipe as far as the knurled nut is screwed onto the connector body, thereby fixing the connection in place. This creates a friction-locked and tight pipe connection that can be released at any time, that eliminates dead volume in the design concept and also has no effect on the flow. The inside diameter of the connector does not correspond to the inside diameter of the pipe.

In the luer lock adapter 3L, a luer lock thread to DIN EN 20594-1 or ISO 594 (male or female) is combined with our connection for flexible tube 1A, connection for pipe 2M, a Tri-Clamp connection or a G, NPT or UNF male thread. A flexible tube can thus be connected, e.g., to the most commonly used disposable laboratory filters.

Our pump connection connector offers various connection options for pipes and flexible tubes for the most commonly used dosing pumps of numerous pump manufacturers. For example, diaphragm and hose pumps with an M20x1.5 male thread can be connected directly and leak-proof. The inlay component is manufactured from a single part with the connector integrated, which eliminates time-consuming welding.

Our duct systems can feature flexible sections, smooth sections and tailored connections to meet customers specifications. This is a reliable way to connect a corrugated tube to the connecting cuff and allows for time-saving assembly.
