All EXCOR VALENO Flat Film can be used in automated packaging processes. Made from polyethylene, it has a wide range of applications, for instance as interleaving sheets and for wrapping and lining purposes. The EXCOR VCI substance is integrated into the polymer matrix. The anti-corrosion effect is long-term and active over large areas.

Centrefold plastic film is created by slitting blown film, which is closed on both sides, at the side or down the centre, as desired. It is basically folded flat film. Centrefold film can be used for a wide variety of packaging solutions. One good example is in the furniture industry, which uses centrefold film as furniture covers to protect pieces from dirt and dust. But centrefold film also plays a major role in product packaging in other areas such as e-commerce, the pharmaceutical industry and the textile industry. Centrefold film is mostly processed using machines – especially L sealers, for example. Centrefold film is one of the most common types of plastic film used in automatic packaging machines.

Plastic sheets are used as covers for pallets, as a liner between individual packaged units, or as a packaging material itself. When combined with stretch film pallet wrap, it provides excellent protection against dirt, dust and the elements. Our custom-made PE sheets also act as a simple liner or cover for goods in a warehouse or in transport. We produce plastic sheets loose or perforated on rolls – simply tear off, use, done! Gain in efficiency – sealing and clipping with one machine The TSCA Automatic Sealing/Clipping Machine processes flat film from a roll into a ready-to-fill tube which is securely closed by the integral clipping unit. All commonly used films, coated or uncoated, as well as laminates can be processed. The film rolls used can be up to 3,000 metres long. Subject to technical modifications.
