In order to minimise dust and dirt, the docking system from IFA Technology makes it possible to fill or empty the big bags virtually dust-free. The integrated controller guarantees accurate and calibratable bagging of solids and bottling of liquids. We design big bag filling stations or big bag emptying stations according to your requirements and offer you manual or fully automated stations.

Side-gusseted bags have got a considerably larger filling volume than conventional bags. Due to its appealing design, the content of the side-gusseted bags can be better appreciated. The bottom fold bag has got a fold in the bottom being sealed with the side seam. It is an ideal solution for packing higher filling heights – especially where flat bags are not really suitable. The Two-Flap-Bag can be filled from two sides. The upper opening is the header part for packing your printed advertising. The lower opening is used for packing your products. The bag is available out of high transparent glossy OPP and also CPP (PPCast). Filling: The pre-opened bags-on-a-roll are opened manually or automatically by air blast and they are filled while still hanging on the roll. After filling, the bag is teared off and sealed. Lateral cardboard disks ensure the steady and exact unwinding of the roll. Holes can be punched in the bags, allowing air to escape during the packing process. The back of the bag can be coloured for better visibility of the bag’s content. A vertical tear-off perforation helps to re-open the filled bags.
