For factory automation we offer compact fieldbus I/O-modules for PROFIBUS-DP, DeviceNet™, CANopen, INTERBUS, AS-interface®, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP™ and PROFINET. The IP67-modules for use in harsh environments have glass-fiber reinforced plastic housings and metal-connectors, are fully potted, vibration and shock-proof. The IP20-modules for DIN rails can not only be installed in control cabinets, they can also be used to integrate small, decentralized control boxes with a few I/O-signals to a fieldbus network.

The perfect solution for the treatment of edges and corners - and this almost dust-free! Powerful, efficient and very user-friendly! The FLIP® is also extremely versatile. The different attachments - short, long, corner or milling attachment - can be changed on the job site easily and quickly. The FLIP® stands for ergonomics, simple adjustment and operation - ideal for efficient sanding of edges and corners. It was the first edge sanding machine in the world to be awarded the "Wood Dust Tested" certification. It works almost dust-free thanks to an exceptionally powerful extraction and a special emptying device for the dust bag. Motor housing, handle and attachments are made of abrasion-resistant, glass-fibre reinforced plastic. This converts the FLIP® into a very robust machine. The various attachments can be changed quickly and easily, in order to adapt the machine always directly to the individual job site conditions. It is available with the short, long or corner attachment.

Simply as a replacement for steel! Plastic does not corrode and is much less costly than steel when ordered in large batches. Glass fibre reinforcement makes the plastic tough and loadbearing. Upon request, we can check whether your steel or stainless steel parts can be replaced by glass fibre-reinforced polyamides or polyurethanes at lower cost. Threads and internal threads are also possible, also steel inlays. It just depends on the batch size.

We produce blanks from plastic in line with your specifications. Upon your request, we also process pellets specified and also provided by you in our injection molding department. We keep a wide range of common plastic grades in stock, which we process into test specimens of various sizes according to your specifications. On request we also procure special materials and process these in line with your specific requirements. The patented casting resin system ALWA MOULD D consists of two resin components and an aluminium filler. The fast curing of the material allows to produce your own technologically highest quality moulds in just a few hours. As our material is very good castable, compact moulds of any desired volume can be made from our product, such as acrylic baths, boats, etc. (<1 kg – 2500 kg). In comparison to other materials (e.g., glass fibre reinforced plastic), the system is more temperature-resistant, allows castings without air bubbles and does not have to be post-cured. Furthermore, the finished mould is easy machinable (e.g., drilling, milling, grinding, planning, sawing, turning, etc.). ALWA MOULD D moulds can be modified with repair filler, so that a fresh view can be created at an early stage of a new design process and prototypes can be examined at short notice.

PurMop BLACK® C1 is a unique cleanroom mopping system, offering maximum performance and unparalleled user experience. Its telescopic handle and frame are made from carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP), making it ultra light. The complete C1 system weighs only 650 g, arguably making it the most ergonomic cleanroom mop available on the market. Length adjustment can be performed using one hand only, at the push of a button either at the top or middle of the handle. A newly developed frame centring function facilitates safe overhead cleaning by preventing the frame from folding unwantedly. A further intelligent feature is the mop discarding mechanism, allowing the frame to be opened and the mop to be dropped at the simple push of a button – anywhere and without the need for a trolley. C1 is available in two color options, correlating to the color coding of the new PurMop BLACK® mops – orange for sterile models and green for non-sterile models.

The HISDpro - Side Drum Heater is a simple yet effective silicone insulated drum heater for the heating of barrels up to 90°C. The Silicone heating jacket is available in four standard sizes (25 / 50 / 105 / 200 liters) and can be manufactured to customer specifications as well. HISDpro heater jackets are particularly suited to melt soaps, fats, varnishes and oil-based products, or respectively reduce their viscosity. The 200-liter element can be combined with the HBD - base drum heater to reduce the heat-up time. These heater jackets are not only used on drums but also containers and any kind of glass-fibre reinforced plastics. They can be produced with any number of belts, e.g. to enable them to be clamped on to rotor blades.

The end-of-line X-ray inspection system offers maximum safety. By using X-ray technology the XRE-D detects contaminated, damaged and defective products and packagings. Besides metallic and non-metallic foreign objects it detects missing, defective or misshaped products as well as overweight or underweight. Thanks to an efficient quick conveyor belt change system the belt can be changed within two minutes. The product inspection system XRE-D X-ray inspection system detects all foreign objects, which due to their density, chemical components or mechanical dimensions absorb X-rays at a higher or lower degree than the surrounding product. For high-tech applications requiring high strength and stiffness combined with light weight, SIGRAFIL continuous carbon fiber tows are indispensable. They form the basis for high-performance composite materials such as textiles and prepregs, as well as components made of carbon fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP). Carbon fibers are used in the automotive industry, in aerospace, in wind turbines, but also in sports equipment or mechanical engineering.
