Explosion-proof heaters - ATEX – Standard. Explosion-proof heaters are used in many industrial or commercial applications that are classified as hazardous areas. Our appliances are used to heat the ambient air of hazardous areas in zone 1 and 2, typically in chemical industries, paint and lacquer industries, sewage plants and mining. Heaters made of high-grade stainless steel are recommended for aggressive environments (e.g. sewage plants), while heaters with a painted or coated surface, also available with protection basket, are sufficient for standard applications. CSN® EXPLOSIONPROOF SPACE HEATERS CSN® explosionproof space heaters are used for heating zone 1 and 2 hazardous areas. Standard devices are available in the common temperature classes T1 to T4; temperature classes T5 and T6 can be offered on request. The use of finned tubes for the CSN® explosionproof space heaters is the most economical solution for heat transfer in the field of electric heaters. By coiling corrugated helical fins on tubes of different alloys, we obtain extremely large tubes surfaces and, consequently, low temperatures on their surfaces. We use this interaction to produce explosionproof space heaters on a highquality level. CSN® explosionproof space heaters with coiled fins are intended for horizontal mounting and suitable for both wall and floor mounting (for permanent installation)

It consists of a pot magnet and an aluminium connector housing. According to EN 60079 the connector housing provides a connection for the protective conductor. The linear solenoid comply with the European ATEX guideline 2014/34/EU for devices and protection systems intended for proper use in explosive areas and can be used in temperature class T4 (up to +135°C). It is supplied with 24 V DC as standard, other voltages are available on request.

The top-entry agitator LRK is used to meet rigorous requirements regarding both bearing and smooth-running. In addition to its rigid cast steel bearing housing, this agitator series features a coupling housing with an elastic coupling to connect the drive with a shaft journal. Thus, the LRK can be supplied as a fast running agitator with long shafts. The agitator shaft is borne within the bearing housing and is divided by a flanged coupling below the mounting flange. According to your tank size, the LRK series agitator is supplied in six different frame sizes. Shaft diameters of 40 mm to 130 mm with lengths of up to 12,000 mm can be realized. The LRD series top-entry sealed agitator can be used for mixing in closed containers with a mechanical seal. It is designed with a coupling housing. KRK coaxial agitator features two different impeller systems for parallel mixing. The KRK has two interdependent agitator shafts with a different number of revolutions that move in opposite directions.
