The STRATE AWALIFT 80 is the system preferred for draining single- and two-family homes where the drainpipe is below the backwater level (acc. to DIN 1986-100) and the houses cannot be drained using natural gradient. DIN EN 12056-4 specifies the backwater level here as being the road surface of the connection point to the public sewage system. The AWALIFT 80 was specially developed as a small system for building services engineering (max. 12 residents). This means that for the first time, demanding users now have a sewage pumping station available in patented and tried-and-trusted separator technology, which employs polymer components throughout. And the separator system effectively prevents pump blockage. Redundant twin measuring system where there is a requirement for increased operational safety for sewage pumping stations (e.g. main pumping station) in building service engineering and for municipal applications. Product features The twin measuring system MWAS-BN uses two mutually independent measuring systems which work in different ways. The analogue sensor AS for integration in the pump control unit is combined with the pneumatic-mechanical contact sensor system MB. If one of the two measuring systems fails, emergency control is automatically triggered by the other measuring system.

ERC Trak with BL-U 100 was specially developed for use in diesel generators with extended downtimes. THE EFFECT Many diesel engines are only operated sporadically or at certain times of year, such as in harvesting machinery, diesel generators, snowploughs, or sport boats. Their downtimes often exceed the storage life of the diesel fuel. Deposits and filter blockages may occur by aging products. Furthermore, increased corrosion may occur. THE RESULT With the newly developed additive ERC Trak with BL-U 100, the storage life and thermal stability of diesel fuel are doubled. Detergents clean and protect injection nozzles and injectors, the fuel system, and the engine interior. Engine efficiency and performance reliability are improved. ERC LPG GasLube Premium is designed for the protection of valves and valve seats in LPG-powered vehicles and is suitable for all commercially available additive dosing systems. THE EFFECT As a result of the lubrication qualities lacking in the fuel for LPG operation, special additives must be supplied to the combustion chamber by means of a dosing unit for the optimal lubrication and protection of the valves against severe stress during the combustion process. Application The RCM is designed for refacing - the landing surface for the cylinder liner on the engine block, - the landing surface for the cylinder head on the cylinder liner - the landing surface for the cylinder liner on the cylinder head. Capacity Refacing diameter range 200 - 720mm Features The RCM is fitted with two motors providing a smooth cutting action. The speed of the motors is infinitely variable so that the cutting speed can be adapted to the diameter and material of the landing surface. A separate power supply unit is provided for ease of operation. A small hand-held remote control is supplied so that the operator can conveniently switch on and off the machine while watching the refacing operation. The remote control includes an emergency stop to stop the machine in case of emergency. The RCM is centered by a pilot tailored to the specific engine component to be serviced.

Application The VD4HD-RC is designed for refacing • the landing surface for the cylinder liner on the engine block, • the landing surface for the cylinder head on the cylinder liner and • the landing surface for the cylinder liner on the cylinder head. Features Drive unit and gear head of the VD4HD-RC are identical with the drive unit and gear head of the VD4HD Valve Seat Refacing Machine. If you have already a VD4E machine and you want to use it with our new face turning heads, we can convert it into the new high performance VD4HD System. The three available face turning heads should be used according to our recommendation with the VD4HD drive unit and the related power supply type 4HD. We would be glad to advise you about our new VD4HD system and send you an offer for this. The D4/0° adapter head is bolted to the gear head in place of the valve seat refacing head. The VD4HD-RC is centered by a pilot assembly which is designed to fit to the engine component to be serviced.
