Form electrodes made from graphite for the sink erosion of plastic shapes. The engraving is made in recessed or embossed design. All surfaces can be assumed or transferred with state-of-the-art CAD/CAM systems. Form electrodes are produced to your drawings or data.

Labelling electrodes made from copper for the sink erosion of components for the plastic, paper and tools industry. The engravings can be adjusted to the surfaces. To this end, the corresponding coordinates are transferred to our programs. We produce the labelling electrodes to your data or drawings.

The system comprises two electrodes which are installed above the floor of the pumping station shaft and which issue an alarm message via the connected level relay when they come into contact with water. A sudden water leak in the shaft is detected immediately thus effectively preventing damage. Their robust frame and the integrated temperature compensation feature ensure high measurement accuracy even in high ambient temperatures. In addition, the systems are available in different application-specific designs for various film widths with up to 8 measurement tracks.

thicknessGAUGE sensor systems are used to measure the thickness of strip materials in-line. Several models with different sensor types, measuring ranges and measuring widths enable inline thickness measurements of different materials and surfaces. The systems uses two confocal distance sensors which detect the strip thickness with high precision. The sensors are precisely aligned to each other and factory-calibrated. By means of a linear axis, the thicknessGAUGE sensor systems can be moved to measure the thickness across the entire strip width. Their extremely compact design enables integration into confined spaces.

The DE 206 is our most popular discharging electrode. It ensures the effective elimination of existing static charge on different materials and optimizes your processes.

The charging electrodes CE 103, with GFP profiles, are used for the surface charging of different materials. A supply voltage of ±30kV should not be exceeded. Attachment of the charging electrode is carried out via a T-Slot. So, they can be mounted anywhere.
