They work reliably under the most varied environmental conditions (depending on the selected class of protection IP). The igus® stepper motors can be connected to the most common motor controls using standardised electrical connection. The connector interface provides a high IP65 protection level (IP: International Protection). The higher the IP rating, the better the motor is protected from the ingress of dirt and water. The encoder sends signals from the motor to the motor control. The encoder verifies that the required linear motion has occurred precisely as required. Encoder = increased machine accuracy.

TDS 50 Electric Fan Heater The TDS 50 electric heater provides a heating performance between 4.5 kW and 9 kW in 3 stages (stage 1 only fan). Furthermore the TDS 50 has an integrated thermostat for continously adjusting the desired temperature. In comparison to direct fired gas or oil heaters, the electric fan heaters of the TDS series dont consume oxygen or produce combustion gases. Because of that this devices can be used everywhere, in particular for temperature control of unheated interiors. Application The HMB Honing Rigs are designed for honing cylinder liners removed from the engine block with the corresponding mobile Hunger PHM Honing Machines. - Honing Rig Type HMB 340 is tailored to the Honing Machine Type HBM 340. - Honing Rig Type HMB 640 is tailored to the Honing Machine Type HBM 640. Features Rigid base structure including upright supporting tubes for mounting the mobile PHM Honing Machine. The liner to be honed is placed on top of a honing liquid reservoir which is slideably mounted on the base structure. The reservoir can be drawn out for ease of loading and unloading of the cylinder liner by means of a crane. An electric pump is provided to supply honing liquid to a spray nozzle. The spray nozzle is mounted on a magnetic base which can be attached to the frame tube to direct the honing liquid to the area to be honed.
