Klöpper Therm designs and manufactures specified switch and control cabinets in various designs – for nearly all types of electric surface heating. By the installation of electronic controllers, heating systems can be controlled in dependence of temperature and/or humidity. Arising disruptions during the control of temperature measuring sensors such as e.g. a falling below temperature, can be signalled or transmitted via indicator lights and/or dry contacts. The operating conditions of each heating circuit in the cold store is indicated by LED indicator lights. Via keylock or push buttons, all heating circuits can be checked quickly and simply. You can easily get an overview about economic efficiency and energy consumption of your heating system incl. documentation with an operating hours counter or energy meter.

Careful planning and many years of experience are necessary to build functional and reliable switchgear in the long term. We take over the entire conceptual design of control cabinets: from electrical planning with EPLAN P8 through the complete procurement of high-quality components to assembly. IFA Technology generally works according to EN/DIN/VDE standards and with the latest electrical components. We are UL and UL-NRBX certified for plants and systems located in North America. We create an E-P&ID diagram for each plant or system. This makes the relationship between electrical and mechanical components transparent and simplifies maintenance and troubleshooting. Our circuit diagrams are drawn up in accordance with the VDE0113/EN-60204-1 directives or - for the North American market - in accordance with the NFPA79 and UL508A directives. The electrical documentation is available in all common foreign languages.

The IPC9000 is an easy-to-install box PC for installation in control cabinets. The box PC series is the ideal solution for demanding industrial applications. Installation of the IPC9000 is quick and easy. The device is installed by hanging it on the din rail in the control cabinet. Despite the fanless cooling concept, the use of powerful processors is possible. With the additional HDBaseT transmitter module, the IPC9000 can be installed in the control cabinet and connected to a monitor such as the OPD or MMD series up to 100 metres. For quick servicing, users can access the flash SSD or CMOS battery via the easily accessible service flap.

The design of electrical systems and the creation of circuit diagrams are carried out on SEE Electrical, with all common output formats. Our electrical warehouse contains over 2,500 items. Annually we build more than 60 switch cabinets in all all sizes.
