For special applications, individual high-pressure systems are required, which KAMAT can provide from the initial project idea to the turnkey installation, with 100% of the production taking place in-house. This also applies to electric high-pressure pumping units. Depending on the application, our customers can choose between different drives, power transmission components, PLC controls, measuring systems, data transmission, remote controls, pneumatic and electric valve controls, chassis and sound insulation equipment. Even the electrical units supplied on the base frame are fully operational and can be used directly by the customer. Electric units have the advantage of emission-free operation at extremely low noise levels. ATEX certified high pressure electric units can also be used in ATEX hazardous areas.

LRK-C mit Antrieb LRK-A Electrical tote tank mixers for stainless steel IBCs The LRK-C series tote tank mixer and their drive units LRK-A are a special solution designed for operation on stainless steel containers with filling openings of at least 400 mm and mixing volumes from 400 l up to 1,500 l. The customer may choose between various viscosity-related basic versions of fast-running and slow-running mixers with electric drives. The mixing unit that remains in the container is connected to the drive unit with a bayonet coupling and a clutch. The drive is dismountable so that one drive unit can be used for several mixer units interchangeable. The mixer is mounted on the container’s manway lid, which is clamped with butterfly screws or a clamp ring. Electric linear actuators from IAI are available as rod, slider and slide table types as well as with toothed belt drive. They are equipped with a stepper motor or servo motor and often already have a battery-free absolute encoder as standard. On request, they can also be supplied without an electric drive unit. The product range of linear actuators consists of the RoboCylinder series, which are characterised by high user-friendliness, simple programming as well as compact design. Their focus is on covering common customer requirements and are therefore relatively inexpensive. Electric slider type actuators and axes with toothed belt drive from the IntelligentActuators product line complete the product portfolio. They meet higher requirements than RoboCylinders in terms of payload, speed, acceleration and precision.
