The double anodization process can be used to create a protective anodization layer on various parts of a consumer electronic product, including top and bottom portions, side walls, and chamfered portions. It’s particularly useful for improving corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and it provides better adhesion for paint primers and glues than bare metal does. Everywhere, where digital signals must be electrically separated and processed or current and voltage limited power supply is needed, our interface devices are used such as isolating switching amplifiers, solenoid drivers, relay couplers and rotation speed monitors. The interface devices are available in the IP20 modular housing for DIN rail as well as in the compact IP67 housing for decentralized remote-site use. The product portfolio also comprises solutions for the Ex area and SIL-certified devices.

Initiator cables, also referred to as sensor/actuator cables, connect control units and different sensors, or, in the case of reversal of the measurement principle, actuators. Frequently used abbreviations include ini or ini cable (plural: inis). Sensor or measurement transducers transform physical quantities such as rotation, speed, distance or length into analogue electric impulses. In the case of an actuator, the measured electric current (symbol: I, unit: ampere; A) or voltage (symbol: U, unit: volt; V) is transformed into temperature, pressure or torque. The connection cable consists of at least three cores with a small cross-section of between 0.14mm² and 0.34mm². In the simplest case, two cores are required for supplying the voltage, while the last core transmits an I/O signal. For sensitive applications, there are shielded versions in addition to the traditional ini cables to avoid EMC disruptions (electromagnetic compatibility).

Where are magnetic field mats used? The coils currently manufactured by us are processed by our customers into so-called electromagnetic field mats. These mats are used in Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy. Many PEMF devices are suitable for private use at home. However, various health service providers including physical therapists as well as non-medical practitioners offer therapies based on magnetic fields. Why is our embroidery technology used for production? This technique creates circular-shaped structures that form the basis for a homogeneous flow/direction of the electric current. At the same time, the mechanical wire laying has an extremely high level of accuracy. The distances can also precisely be determined. How is the magnetic field created? One safe controller for all gases: Any combination of a sensor head plus control module is a complete gas detection system. This makes the Statox 501 so safe and reliable. The Statox 501 also gives you the opportunity to alter or expand existing systems with minimum cost and labor. Programs for all gases and measuring ranges are permanently stored in the memory of the controller.
