The bar is pushed through the elastomer plates at high velocity, and the rubbery material strips the surface free from grease and cleaning fluid residues. It is the edge that counts! Just a like a car window wiper, it is the edge that counts. Normally, the wipers are stamped from sheet goods. During stamping, the elastomer becomes distorted; the inner edge is therefore not dimensionally stable and is at an angle. Only part of the edge wipes emulsions from the surfaces depends on the profiles. This edge is rapidly worn down; the cleaning action is then unsatisfactory. Streakfree cleaning

For particularly heavy loads, normal secutex protective sleeves can only be used for larger edge radii because the heavyload round slings under load are up to 80 mm thick. According to the technical definition, this creates a “sharp edge“. Both the loadbearing round slings as well as the protective sleeve will be destroyed by the forces which occur here. The secuwave edge protector increases the load’s edge radius. The wave profile helps the edge protector adapt to the load. The castin perforated plate then permanently keeps the shape. The additional secutex protective sleeve reliably prevents the edge protector from moving through the heavyload round sling. Possible applications bridge elements, machinery, gear segments etc.

The Amroc-Panel stands up to the highest expectations when used as drywall, and features superior walking comfort, compressive strength and acoustic insulating characteristics. The "one man" panel in a 1,250 x 625mm size has proven its use. It has a sanded surfaces on both sides, and features a tongue and groove edge profile on all sides. The panel can be used in floating installations, requiring the panels to be glue-bonded at the profiled edges at all times. A felt substrate layer (or similar) is used as a footfall sound insulator and increases walking comfort. Furthermore, a vapor diffusion barrier must be installed under the floorboard. As an additional installation option, the panels can be mounted to floor beams for modernization work on old structures. For this application, the panels are also bonded to each other with glue and are additionally mounted to the sub-structure with screws.

Thread turning is a special turning process.In thread turning a distinction is made between three different forms of presentation; the use of these depends on the thread pitch, the machine tool, the work-piece material and the cutting edge geometry. In the case of large threads, the tool must traverse the same track several times, penetrating deeper each time. The full depth of cut is therefore divided into several smaller cuts, thus preventing an overload on the sensitive tip of the thread profile of the cutting edge.
