This automatic washing & drying system provides high efficient cleaning of elastomers in through-feed method (on option washing with de-ionized, de-mineralized or ultra-pure water possible). Starting from the loading station, the washing drums are conveyed automatically to each washing station (→ station pre-washing → station rinsing → station high pressure cleaning → station high pressure drying) and are finally conveyed to the unloading station after treatment. The dimensions of this system depend on the drum dimensions desired (perforation from 3 - 15 mm possible by choice). Set as our default, the models WD3, WD5 and WD9 are available with different sizes. For industry 4.0 demands, this system is best prepared. Standardwise, a monitoring of the processing data via network is possible also from an external working place. On option, the control of the machine via OPC-UA server can be installed additionally. Siliconisation or other coating of elastomers is possible on option.

SnowPack® enables you to obtain a -79 °C dry ice tablet weighing 50 or 250 g within a few moments, without complicated technology and without electricity! You can therefore obtain low-cost cooling to very low temperatures at any time you like. In the cryogenic blasting process, an enrichment of rubber and plastic waste powder takes place due to fine abrasion during the treatment procedure. Thus the performance and processing time of the blasting-media will deteriorate and decrease its jet-energy. In our cryognic deflashing machines, the blasting-media is primary screened by the treatment drum perforation, however, after a long operating time the amount of rubber and plastic waste powder increases. In order to guarantee a constant, statistically secure and economic processing, this powder has to be removed periodically from the blasting-media. Our automatically working blasting-media recovery machine consists of a suction & drying system and a vibrating-screen unit. The used blasting-media has to be aspirated manually from the deflashing machine. SOMOS® RDM mobile dryers are designed for drying highly flowable, hygroscopic polymer pellets and regrind. They can be used flexibly as auxiliary units for supplying processing machines for moderate throughputs which is a particular advantage for frequent material changes. The mobile dryers, with their attractive, functional design, consist of a dry air generator and an insulated stainless steel drying bin. They are optionally available with an integral dry air conveying unit for automatically feeding the processing machine. The dry air generator uses the SOMOS® single chamber system making highly efficient use of desiccant. As a result, the desiccant can be regenerated quickly and energy-efficiently, providing cost benefits for the processor. The HELIO®MAT dryer station is part of the JETBOXX® system and features an independent JETBOXX® dryer with full functionality at each individual docking station. The material can be predried in removable drying containers at the dryer station. The drying container can be removed and brought to the processing machine if needed. It will be attached directly onto the feeding section there and the dried material can be processed. If the material should be kept dry on the machine, a JETBOXX® docking plate with dryer control are used in addition. HELIO®MAT is applicable for example as pre-drying station for quick material change, as dryer station for sampling batches, for batch drying for small quantities / sampling, for laboratory applications, or for cleanroom supply with hermetically sealed dry material containers. Both the LUXOR E A and LUXOR EM A dryers with optional ETA plus® energy saving technology are specifically designed to supply consistently low dew-point air to one drying bin, while reducing energy consumption. The LUXOR E A dryer is designed for use with existing conveying systems or hopper loaders.
