The MBS hydraulic cylinder MZR-1008 is designed as a discharge cylinder of direct support systems on mobile devices, such as Cranes have been constructed. The integrated position measuring system enables the exact position of the support cylinder to be detected. This is hydraulically fixed in connection with the piped double check valve. The cylinder connection is via plain bearing bushes. There are connecting bores for pipe fittings according to BSPP ISO1179-2 in the valve block. Hub and piston rod overhang are variably selectable. With the exception of the piston rod, all surfaces are protected against corrosion with a black primer. On request alternative surface treatments are possible. The surface of the piston rod is hard chromed, ground and polished. The cylinders are suitable for hydraulic fluids of types H, HL and HLP according to DIN 51524/51525. The diaphragm dosing pumps in the MEMDOS MR series have been developed for a wide range of applications in dosing technology. They are ideal for use in industry, process engineering, water treatment and waste water treatment. Features: . Robust dosing head: Made of PP and stainless steel for high durability and longevity. . Precise dosing: Double ball valves (up to MR 290) and spring-loaded flat-seat valves (from MR 290), optional spring-loaded single ball valves. . Compact filters are characterised by the fact that they essentially unite fan, filter element and discharge or dust collection facility in one. The capacity range of the compact filters extends up to 20,000 m³/h. Different systems and modes of operation are available for the individual assemblies, resulting in a large number of possible variants. This allows us to offer a large range of solutions for dedusting tasks. Based on our many years of experience, we select the filter media from those available on the market that are best suited for the most diverse types of dust and tasks. Filter hoses, filter bags, filter tubes and filter cartridges are used as filter elements. Cleaning takes place using compressed air impulse, low-pressure purge-air or shaking. Fans from own development and production enable us to design a highly efficient and precise layout. Discharge usually takes place directly into collecting containers, such as dustbins with snap fasteners, or into containers, big bags, or via discharge mechanisms into automatic disposal systems. Screw conveyors, drag conveyors, rotary systems, cellular wheel sluices, double-gate sluices and slidegate valves are available as discharge mechanisms. Intelligent control systems, piping elements, silencers and pre-coating devices for auxiliary dusts are standard items in the range. Naturally we also use our know-how to create needs-based custom solutions.

Machine Base Heavily ribbed cast iron structure with integrated slideway for wheelhead. The machine base houses an industrial type flood pump for delivering coolant to the grinding site and a baffled coolant tank which can be drawn out for ease of cleaning. Workhead and Steady Rest Both the workhead and the steady rest are adjustable along the swivel plate to clamp each valve on that part of the valve stem which normally travels in the valve guide. The combination of collet chucking and the unique Hunger steadying provides double support of long valves to ensure the ultimate in valve refacing accuracy. Automated Oscillation An oscillating equipment for automated power traverse of valve face across the grinding wheel is available as an option to ensure efficient stock removal and superior finish. The stroke of oscillation is infinitely adjustable.

Selfcentering Steady (Option) Selfcentering steady rests are available to fit on the swivel plate slideway for additional support of long stem valves. Both the workhead and the stready rest are adjustable along the swivel plate to clamp each valve on that part of the valve stem which normally travels in the valve guide. The combination of collet chucking and the unique Hunger steadying provides double support of long valves to ensure the ultimate in valve refacing accuracy. Oscillating Equipment (Option) An oscillating equipment for automated power traverse of valve face across the grinding wheel is available to ensure efficient stock removal and superior finish. The stroke of oscillation is infinitely adjustable. Automated Infeed (Option) Power infeed is available for automatic grinding according to a preselected program. The feed rate, the total infeed and the sparkout time can be easily selected.

This cleaning chamber has a special design, because the needed opening mechanism are integrated into the cleaning process. As a rule, it’s not possible to trigger containment by dismantling the double valve halves in front of the wash chamber. Thus this step must take place within the enclosed chamber. Servolift has developed a cleaning chamber for this which meets these special requirements. The needed opening mechanisms for the double valve system are found within the wash chamber. Cleaning media and drying air are fed from the underside through the opened double valve of the interior of the container.
