The mask consists of five layers of non-woven fabric. The inner layer is a non-woven fabric that absorbs moisture, including moisture shed by the wearer. The outer layer is water repellent to protect the wearer from splashes. The filter layer in the middle is the most important part of the mask because it forms a barrier against microorganisms. The mask contains a double nose clip and ear loops made of a very skin-friendly material that is particularly elastic. This ensures maximum comfort for every head size. Our FFP2 masks are absolutely odorless and have a particle filtration efficiency of ≥ 94% (PFE). A filtering half mask is a protective device used to protect the respiratory tract. In particular, the mask protects against the harmful effects of air pollution in the form of solid and/or liquid particles that form aerosols (dust, vapor, mist).
