DE-BURRERS Specially developed for processing contours on CNC machines. To de-burr and chamfer metals and plastics. The de-burrers are also suitable for hard machining. Deburrer for contouring. Stocked by default is a point angle of 90 °. 4 - 6 mm de-burrer with 4 cutting edges, from 8 mm with 5 cutting edges.

Sharpener SSG is suitable for gentle processing of all Durablade® involute blades with low material abrasion. The compact unit for various sharpening angles ensures constant sharpening of the cutting edge thanks to the rotating contour tracking. A counter is integrated for individual specification of sharpening cycles. A water bath improves the sharpening result. Filter belts are used for a continuous filtration of polymer melt. These filter belts, but also wire mesh pre-cut parts, are manufactured in various dimensions and weaves. For high demands the fabrics are available with high tenacity warp wires.
