We have been designing and producing UL labels for well-known industrial companies since 1990. The requirements and regulations are very complex and may require a detailed consultation in order to explain the UL-compliant marking and the different application programs. The UL certification of an end product by an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) refers to every single component of the product. A label is such a component whose requirements are regulated in the UL 969 “Standard for Marking & Labeling Systems”.

Machine dies or special dies with a set geometry on the basis of customer data for labelling complex surfaces. Nearly every surface can be displayed. State-of-the-art cad/cam programs support us in the production process. The data you send in are processed by us and then input into our CNC engraving machine.

Are you aware of our finishing options for metal and aluminum test specimens? Chemical degreasing, deburring, grinding, turning, milling, punching or blasting – no problem. With the TNC-L model series, cardboard boxes and small cartons are provided with sealing or closure labels. The system can be infinitely adjusted to different formats. We determine the format range together with the customer. Optionally, labelling can also take place at several points - for this purpose, the product must be relocated in the system.

Toner based printing offers high quality photographic output with very strong abrasion durability. The superior durability is achieved by a high temperature fusing process that happens internal to the printer. Due to the high temperatures required to permanently bond the toner to the surface of the substrate material types must be rated to withstand extreme heat. Some synthetic material are not designed to withstand such temperatures and could cause catastrophic failures within the fuser. The good news is that GetLabels has been manufacturing and qualifying material, including synthetics, that will withstand the extreme temperatures used in toner based printing. Our materials are compatible in toner based printers from all the leading manufactures.

Valued for its image extreme durability, print speed and ability to print on a wide variety of substrate material, Thermal Transfer technology has been and continues to be a printing industry standard. Thermal transfer printers excel at creating dense print output with crisp edges that hold up well to abrasion; attributes required in most barcoding applications. Being so versatile, there are many types of Thermal transfer ribbon formulations along with multitudes of different substrates that can be printed on. It is very important that you have the correct ribbon and material combination to ensure proper transfer and durability. At GetLabels we have spent years developing and manufacturing inkjet materials for aqueous dye and pigment ink that can be used in all aqueous type inkjet printers from leading manufactures. The Top-Coating is responsible for brighter and more vibrant color. Without an inkjet receptive top-coat your printed output will appear dull and oversaturated with loss of resolution and contrast. Inkjet coating also allows for printing on a multitude of different material types including textured paper to gloss synthetic PET. Our label materials are tried and true.
