Aluminum valve cups (sometimes also referred to as aluminum valve caps) are a mission-critical component for the dispensing solutions industry, represented primarily by aerosol cans. This specialized packaging is used across diverse markets including personal care, food, industrial, household and pharmaceutical. Currently, Novelis products in coil form, like 5745 (H42) and 5052, with gauges (0.41 mm to 0.39 mm) and diverse widths, and coatings are helping them achieve their mission.

Design: Stainless steel. Top plate surrounded on 3 sides by railing, usable as saucers storage. Circulating air heating at rear area. Temperature individually controllable by a hooded thermostat on rearside. Temperature preset by manufacturer at 60 °C. Capacity: approx. 60 cups.

Kullen Koti End, Cup and Bevel brushes give a gleaming finish to oxidised or coated metal surfaces. They are all-rounders in drilling machines, on angle grinders and in machining centres, performing such tasks as removing paint, scale and corrosion. They are also ideal for use in places which are difficult to get at, and were specially developed for the processing of edges and corners.

The strip brushes in cup form are also an all-purpose brush type. For special tasks we offer the dimensions from 20 mm to 1000 mm and through that cover a wide spectrum of applications. We provide you the following selection criterias: - All fill materials possible, e.g. natural bristles and hair, plant fibres and synthetic filaments. - As backing material we use galvanised steel-, stainless steel (1.4301, 1.4571) or brass tape. The same possibilities are available for the production of strip brushes in arch form, not only in semi circle form but also in any other pitch circle form. The larger the dimensions the better multiple brush segments can be mounted around the perimeter.
