Heat protection tubes are made by layering several kinds of aluminum alloy foil and other materials, such as fiberglass and plastic with corrugations. The excellent reflectivity of the aluminum alloy on the external surface reflects radiant heat, and its insulating power additionally serves to protect the aluminum flexible tube’s content from heat sources. These products have great flexibility but high dimensional stability, and they can be compressed or extended as required. They can also be fastened or mounted easily by crimping the end fittings.

Using a special process, trays of different dimensions or materials (corrugated board, fibre casting, plastic) are equipped with a VCI film true to contour. The VCI protection becomes part of the tray and - combined with a closed outer packaging - makes further corrosion protection unnecessary. You can directly load the trays, minimize the need for packaging components and optimize handling at the workplace. Trays made of cast fibre or corrugated board are ideal for one-way use. After use, the film and tray can easily be separated, so that both materials can be sorted and disposed of.

PP strapping represents approximately two-thirds of our production. We manufacture it as standard in widths 5-15 millimeters in black. On request, we will be happy to produce it for you in other colors as well. PP strapping material is particularly suitable for strapping packages, cartons or other containers, as well as lighter pallets. After use, it can be easily fed back into the material cycle. It is completely recyclable, has a constantly high quality, can be failure-free processed and is short-term available. Most frequent fields of application are: • General logistics (boxes of corrugated cardboard, styrofoam, plastic) • Printing industry (newspaper, magazines) • Corrugated cardboard industry (folding boxes, cut-outs) • Tins and bottles of plastic, aluminum and cardboard • Construction and container (furniture, wooden slats, tiles and bricks) • Food industry (meat, fish, poultry in folding boxes or styrofoam)

Corrugated tubes for cooling ceilings: The newly developed PE-HD multi-layer plastic corrugated tube with EVOH oxygen barrier (basis for DIN 4726) has been developed specifically for the use in panel cooling systems. It does not contain halogens, is free from cadmium, pollutants or heavy metals. Due to the circular corrugations arranged concentrically around the longitudinal axis, the tube is solid and non-buckling, but at the same time very flexible. Corrugated tubes for exhaust technology: The flexible plastic exhaust tubes by FRÄNKISCHE INDUSTRIAL PIPES can be used for condensing boilers with an exhaust temperature of up to 120°C. They can be individually cut, and due to their flexibility they can be installed by simple feeding without complex plug-in connections. This constitutes an enormous advantage especially for refurbishing old buildings, chimney protrusions or narrow bends.
