The wide range of product portfolio of coils with different tube diameters, tube patterns, fin profiles, materials and options allows us to customize our coils for any specific application and fluids: air heaters, air coolers, condensers and evaporators for HVAC and various industrial applications. Kelvion heat exchanger coils are manufactured with copper tubes and aluminum or copper fins. The fins are equipped with special profiles developed at our R&D department enhancing heat transfer and keeping pressure drop at a moderate level. The customized fin spacing is achieved by collars which also provide the contact between the fin block and the tubes. Mechanical expansion of the tubes guarantees a perfect bond between the fins and the tubes leading to maximum heat transfer between both fluids.

Trench heating unit with EC tangential fan convection. Top performance from smallest dimensions. The Katherm QK nano provides high heat outputs from minimal dimensions. With a trench height of only 70 mm and a trench width of only 165 mm, it can be used wherever conventional trench solutions are impossible due to a lack of space. Due to the limited space in the unit, the interplay of the EC tangential fan and high-output copper-aluminium convector has been optimised in the Katherm QK nano. ZINNER PKD or highly positively polished cutting inserts are used for machining aluminium and copper. Glass-fibre reinforced materials are machined with PKD or coated PKD tools. Diamond tools are ideally suited for the high gloss turning of non-ferrous metals.

Roll forming of all sheet metal materials such as steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, titanium, molybdenum, pre-painted materials, composite materials from 0.08 mm material thickness.

Coated and un-coated manufactured special cables and wires made from a variety of raw materials can be used in various safety, control and attenuator elements in automotive engineering. We stock a wide, extremely varied, range of connection components in a variety of designs, sizes and materials, such as brass, tinplated copper, aluminium and stainless steel. Our products are made to customer specifications, in order to best meet their requirements (including breaking strength, elongation, flexing properties, corrosion resistance, DC resistance, low twist and low tension design, workability). Our manufacturing processes are permanently monitored and secured using appropriate procedures. As standard, we use both galvanised and stainless steel wire in accordance with DIN EN 10 264 with nominal strength of over 3000 Mpa with adequate ductility. We also use the non-corroding materials 1.4301 (AISI 304), 1.4310 (AISI 301) and 1.4401 (AISI 316) as standard.
