Endoscopic tasks often require flexible probes in order to access the desired point in concealed openings, interior cavities or in bent pipes or entrances. ELTROTEC Flex endoscopes are available in a range of lengths and diameters. With a diameter of 2.5 mm and larger they are equipped with a control mechanism for changing the angle of the probe tip.

Rotation speed sensors are used to monitor, regulate and control mechanical drive systems and play a major role when it comes to protecting elements of a rotational system (e.g., in the engine, drive) from mechanical overload. Micro-Epsilon offers two sensor systems for rotation speed measurement. The capaNCDT CST6110 is a universal rotation speed sensor for counting tasks and rotation speed applications of any type. Moreover, the turboSPEED DZ140 measuring system is specifically designed for the detection of turbocharger rotation speeds.

Our PEKI mechanical brass valve series has been manufactured for decades from high-quality hot-pressed parts and precision turned parts, which are assembled with modern plastic injection-molded parts and sealing elements made in Germany. The PEKI is a proven construction which has been tested millions of times. It has been further developed and is now available for the every first time completely in stainless steel / V2A. Many liquids are easily and safely regulated with the PEKI series via its mechanical level control.

Best way is to clean mechanically first and then with OKS 2610/OKS 2611 universal cleaner. Apply sufficient paste evenly to the functional surfaces with a brush, spatula, etc. The paste will also act as a sealant. Do not use paste instead of grease and mix only with suitable lubricants.

A drive motor can also act as a generator. If the drive system is built so as to allow reverse power to flow then this power can be fed into a resistor, thus taking energy out of the system and causing whatever is driving the motor to slow down. Following to this the braking resistor converts the stop energy into heat. Electrical drive systems are being used more and more on ships, oil rigs, crane barges and offshore vessels of all types. An important benefit from using an electric drive is that reliable systems of regenerative and dynamic braking resistors are available to complement or replace traditional mechanical braking systems. The advantages of electric braking include control, reliability, mechanical simplicity, weight saving and in some cases the opportunity to make use of the regenerated braking energy. The Braking Resistor Units from Klöpper Therm are designed according to specific applications.

The small bar feeder Samsys Smart impresses with its high performance in a very small space. The bar feeder is manufactured in Germany with first-class materials and components. The Samsys Smart guarantees long-term reliability. It impresses with its service and environmentally friendly design. It is an electro-pneumatic magazine. This means the feed is servo-controlled and the reloading mechanism is pneumatic. Due to the easy access to all parts it is extremely user-friendly. This makes it very simple to understand and easy to use. Set-up and changeover is possible within 2-5 minutes due to the well thought-out design. Further features are the smooth material feed, an optimal control and monitoring of the material feed, as well as the exact positioning of the bar without mechanical stop. Due to its design, the Samsys Smart requires very little floor space. A shifting unit to gain easy access to the reduction tube is standard in X-direction.

High-precision pressure sensors from the 8201 series provide exact measurements while exhibiting very little sensitivity to mechanical stresses. Their application therefore goes well beyond research and development laboratories. They are also outstandingly suited to industrial use in quality assurance or for measurement and control tasks in production. Their robust mechanical and electrical construction guarantees good long-term stability and high reliability, while being resistant to aggressive media – which can be measured in liquid or gaseous states. The structure of the sensors includes no mechanical moving parts, which is why they show so little sensitivity to impact and vibration. The pressure sensors can be configured with options to suit the user. Standard types are available ex-stock, and customized customer versions can also be provided. Model number 8201 precision pressure sensors are robust, economical, and are available in standard measuring ranges. Their good technical specification and high reliability make them optimum for measuring pressure in all fields of machine construction, process technology, as well as in measurement and control technology. The pressure transducers are easy to handle and immune to shock loads and vibrations as they are designed without moving parts. All pressure transducers without an internal amplifier have a standardized output signal of 1.0 mV/V. This enables the user to change a transducer in a measuring chain as liked without following readjustment of the electronic. Customized designs are available on request. KAMAT's in-house manufactured control valves are the ideal solution when you are looking for a continuous, trouble-free solution for controlling the direction of fluid flow. High-pressure cleaning and surface preparation with water requires precise management of the water jet. This precise management is necessary to ensure that the required result (e.g. surface finish) is achieved within a reasonable time. The method must be safe and fatigue free. With this in mind, we offer a specially designed and manufactured range of high pressure guns with electrical or mechanical control. The exceptional ergonomics of these tools have been achieved through innovative detail solutions: For example, our high-pressure guns are equipped with a special swivel handle that transmits any torque to the wrist. In addition, the hose connection can be swivelled in all directions, allowing optimum hose routing for all working situations. Our range of high pressure guns is complemented by various versions of foot valves, rotating gun lances, rotating nozzles and other accessories for a wide variety of applications, such as pipe cleaning.

KAMAT pressure relief valves for our high pressure pumps ensure optimum working pressure at all times. They can be configured to control pressure either by mechanical pre-adjustment or by remote pneumatic control. We are also able to manufacture many of our pressure relief valves in special materials, making them ideal for the process industry. In addition, our control rods are made from ceramic or stellite, making all our valves highly wear resistant.

The GEMÜ 566 2/2-way globe control valve has a body with an integrated control mechanism which can be controlled by various operator types. In addition to a pneumatic version, manual and motorized versions are also available. Compact filters are characterised by the fact that they essentially unite fan, filter element and discharge or dust collection facility in one. The capacity range of the compact filters extends up to 20,000 m³/h. Different systems and modes of operation are available for the individual assemblies, resulting in a large number of possible variants. This allows us to offer a large range of solutions for dedusting tasks. Based on our many years of experience, we select the filter media from those available on the market that are best suited for the most diverse types of dust and tasks. Filter hoses, filter bags, filter tubes and filter cartridges are used as filter elements. Cleaning takes place using compressed air impulse, low-pressure purge-air or shaking. Fans from own development and production enable us to design a highly efficient and precise layout. Discharge usually takes place directly into collecting containers, such as dustbins with snap fasteners, or into containers, big bags, or via discharge mechanisms into automatic disposal systems. Screw conveyors, drag conveyors, rotary systems, cellular wheel sluices, double-gate sluices and slidegate valves are available as discharge mechanisms. Intelligent control systems, piping elements, silencers and pre-coating devices for auxiliary dusts are standard items in the range. Naturally we also use our know-how to create needs-based custom solutions.
