The 660-1100 l wheelie bins MGBneo⁴ are ideally suited for industrial applications and any kind of high-volume waste. The 4-wheel container complies with DIN EN 840 and RAL-GZ 951/1 (GGAWB). The 2-wheel DU containers with lifting collar for DU lifting devices are available from 60 - 240 l capacity and offer numerous advantages for the emptying of 2-wheel containers. They comply with DIN 30760 and are noise reduced according to EU directive 2000/14/EG. The SERVOLIFT cleaning station ensures optimal internal container cleaning in a fully automated process. This is based on a 4x washing program, which provides reproducible wash cycles combined with user- and recipe management. Suitable wash programs are defined which are adapted to individual contamination and container geometry. Wheels and an ergonomic handle make the system movable and easy to manoeuver. The integrated printer documents the individually executed steps of the washing cycle. Outside cleaning is done manually, and completes the entire semi-automatic washing process. The system can be extended to a validation-capable, separate drying station in order to reduce production container downtimes. The mobile stainless steel MIXACO container equipped with wheel s is filled with raw materials and then pushed towards the container mixer by the operator. In this pha se, the container is used as a transport container. In the container mixer, the container is connected t o the mixing head and tilted 180° into the mixing position. During the mixing process, the container together with the mi xing head is therefore used as a mixing chamber. After mixing, the container is tilted back to the basic position. The container with the fi nished mixed material is removed from the mixer, and can now be transported directly for further processing without decanting to a diff erent receptacle. In this phase, the container is once again used as a transport container.
