The ViscoMT-D bin emptying system offers a modern way of emptying small containers and bins cleanly. IFA Technology considers your individual requirements on waste water treatment and builds customised flocculent systems for you. Flocculent systems for waste water treatment can be used for various fields of application - from the dosing of additives to the filtration of the flocculent. Such a flocculent system can, for instance, be used as a fully automated three-chamber system to produce a solution from dry polyelectrolytes. Flocculent systems from IFA Technology are always implemented according to your individual wishes. In addition to stationary systems, container solutions are also possible.

The LIPP Double Seam System enables containers to be constructed on site within a short space of time with a diameter that is steplessly variable between 3 and more than 50 metres. Damaged concrete containers can also be easily refurbished (see Container Refurbishing). If a liquid manure container needs to be covered, Lipp offers a wide range of container roof and cover designs to choose from. The range includes simple foil roofs, single and double skin roofs and double diaphragm roofs as well as the high quality LIPP stainless steel diaphragm cover.

They are washers, rings or frames which generally are adapted to the whole width of the sealing surface. They can be used for example in flange connections of pipelines, pumps, motors, valves, etc. The gaskets are made of various materials such as: Rubbers, fiber plates, synthetic plates, graphite, PTFE, etc.

SYSTEM SOLUTIONS FOR SILAGE SILOS The Lipp dual seam system was and still is the basis for Lipp’s sustained success over the last few decades. Silage silos were already being built for agriculture with this system in the 1960s. The Lipp dual seam system is still employed today for the construction of silos and system solutions used for the storage of silage. In addition to pure container construction, system solutions for silage silos also include other components that go far beyond the scope of supply of a simple container manufacturer. APPLICATION EXAMPLES & REFERENCES Lipp system solutions for silage are used for storage and preservation of silage in an above ground, cylindrical container.
