FOR STORING BIOMASS TO BE USED FOR ENERGY PRODUCTION OR ANIMAL FEED The LIPP System is based on a world wide unique and genuinely simple principle of tank production. Steel coils, machines and accessories are transported to the construction site, the production of the tank takes place on site – fast, efficiently and flexibly in height and diameter. In an automated, two stage process, a profile is formed from the steel strip which is joined in a second step – at the same time, the container rotates spirally. The tight and stability supporting connection of the steel band can be effected by the LIPP Double Seam as well as the LIPP Welding Technology. LIPP drinking water tanks for water supply companies are offered together with our project partner Kurz Leitungsbau GmbH. In doing so, we meet the highest standards applicable to the supply of drinking water, from planning and conception up to construction. Our automated welding process for high alloy stainless steels based on the LIPP System enables us to offer tanks with a maximum volume of 10,000 m3. Lipp offers liquid manure containers for farms of any size that not only make promises to provide safe and cost efficient storage but also keep those promises. Stainless steel may be the material of choice for constructing liquid manure containers but steel is expensive – and that is why Lipp uses Verinox, the material that it developed in house. A combination of galvanised steel sheet (for the outside of the container) and stainless steel sheet (for the inside of the container), Verinox offers all the benefits of a high quality material while enabling significant cost savings to be made at the same time. The smooth internal walls of the LIPP Digesters (largely without any internal attachments) ensure gentle, uniform mixing while keeping energy consumption low. The external heating system guarantees uniform temperature distribution in the digester. These mechanical and thermodynamic benefits with LIPP digesters mean short retention times.

Depending on type, multi-directional dampers can be loaded in every axis. In our standard vibration dampers of the GDZ series two all-metal cushions are installed. Depending on the assembly, these cushions are load with pressure or tension. Vibration dampers of the series 7 have another cushion obstructed which allows them to absorb load in horizontal direction additionally. Because of this, GDZ dampers are perfectly suitable for applications in the fields of plant engineering and rail vehicle construction. AMROC Color-Primed is the product version used for customized finish painting at the construction site. The product AMROC Color-Primed is ideally suited for applying the finished paint coat to the facade at the construction site. The front facing side and edges are primed in RAL 9010 (white) and the rear facing side is finish coated in RAL 7035 (light grey). The finish coat that is applied at the construction site creates vapor diffusion equilibrium between the front and rear facing sides. The factory applied primer does not yet completely seal the front facing side. The finish coat must be a paint-manufacturer-approved paint that is weather proof and alkaline stable. We recommend Amphibolin ELF made by Caparol for this purpose. AMROC Color-Primed is also suitable for: Flooring for wet spaces to be surface treated with ceramic materials, or similar Walls in wet spaces that will be surface treated with ceramic materials.
