CF 30 G equipment is supplied completely assembled and ready for operation. The dust collection unit is suited for intermittent operation only, because regular cleaning of the pocket filter element in certain intervals is an absolutely must for the proper operation of the equipment. The cleaning intervals will depend on the operating conditions and must be established by experience. Normally cleaning intervals will be between operating times of 30 minutes to two hours. It is a prerequisite for sufficient and intensive cleaning of the filter cloth that dust collecting is interrupted during cleaning to achieve static pressures on the filter material. A retention time of 1 - 2,5 minutes between the end of the suction and the beginning of the cleaning process is therefore required. The filtered air must be removed outside - do not lead back to closed rooms!

The brush cores are made of special reinforced polypropylene making them light, resistant to acids and alkalis and suitable for use in the food industry. The range of options is extensive. All in all we offer seven standard core diameters with three fill density variations each: low, medium, and high - making a total of twenty one standard cores to choose from. Inspired by customer inquiries, SEPA EUROPE has developed a new, modular assembly for the efficient cooling of chips. The core component is a SEPA axial fan that is mounted on a 40 mm pure aluminium heat sink – a so-called Kühligel®. It is equipped with a finger guard and a double-sided adhesive heat pad for screwless mounting on the housing or inside the device. Thanks to the compact design, the light weight and the screwless mounting, this assembly enables accurate positioning and thus effective cooling of the hot spot. The chip cooler HXB40FGK is equipped with a high precision ball bearing and can be used at ambient temperatures between -10 and +85 °C thus opening up a wide range of application possibilities. A further advantage is the long service life of the fan with 350 000 h (MTBF) at 40°C. The chip cooler assembly HXB40FGK is supplied as a standard component. It can however, be customized.

The 1+ connector consists of just two parts, the connector body and the pressure screw. The clamping ring is incorporated into the pressure screw. The thread and connecting sleeve are integrated inside in the connector body. They cannot be damaged and are thus protected against external effects. Further advantages: The connector is completely leak-proof when it is "hand-tight" and no tools are required. This significantly reduces assembly times. The pressure screw can also be tightened with a fork wrench so there is no gap between the connection and the connector body.
