Multilift II safety is yet another version of the Multilift II lifting column that is in the pipeline. RK Rose+Krieger has developed this column specially for overhead applications in media technology. Its uses include the correct positioning of projectors and monitors, whereby the lifting column is mounted upside down on the ceiling. A proprietary developed internal safety system prevents any accidental extension of the lifting column.

Lifting column Multilift II ESD – discharging voltages via the lifting column In the electronics and semiconductor manufacturing industry, electrostatic discharges can impair the function of components being assembled, or even destroy them. Special ESD assembly workstations are equipped with an antistatic finishing that prevents this from occurring. Until now, lifting columns for the height adjustment of workstations have prevented the safe dissipation of electrostatic discharges by interrupting the electric connection between the table and the foot frame. However, with the Multilift II ESD, RK Rose+Krieger has developed a patented electric height adjustment system that is able to dissipate voltages. This has been realised thanks to the design of the outer and inner profiles which are continuously in contact with one another.

The Multilift is for continuous height adjustment of tables, equipment, assembly workstations and similar applications. The lifting column can be operated alone or as a pair in parallel. To establish a configuration with absolute synchronous run of several drives (maximal 4) a special drive control is available as synchronous version. The variable Grip column formwork is based on the windmill sail principle and achieves short shuttering times together with high quality surface finish for open-faced concrete.

The PASCHAL circular column formwork consists of two identical half circles which are connected together with big keybolts rated for high tensile loads. The particular advantages of PASCHAL circular column formwork include the great pour heights and the large quantities of columns which can be built.

The adjustable modular column formwork by PASCHAL is a steel frame formwork whose elements are assembled according to the so-called windmill principle. With four elements each square and rectangular column cross-sections can be formed in the adjustment range of 20 cm to 50 cm in increments of 5 cm.

These small pellets are made of pure, binderless sintered glass, and represent a completely new substrate for use in bioreactors. The open-pored structure of approx. 40...100 µm permits microorganisms to accumulate in the cavities between the sintered glass particles. This ensures that even deeply-embedded cells are supplied with the surrounding medium. Moreover, the material's high purity and its smooth surface provide optimum conditions for high cell growth. Glass beads are a low-cost alternative for Raschig rings. They have less surface area than the rings, and therefore a reduced separation capacity, but they are perfectly adequate for many applications. Thanks to their coiled shape, Wilson helices have an extremely large surface area. Moreover, they are flexible, and therefore relatively insensitive during filling. Our Raschig rings are available in various diameters from 2 mm up to 200 mm. For particularly critical applications, e.g. in reactors, we can chamfer the edges of the rings to prevent chipping when filling the reactor.
